LOA has a 50/50 chance. It had to be grieved, no choice by USAPA. If the LOA 93 is lost the company will still be negotiating in good faith with USAPA, I am sure.

It amuses me that you sparkle at the thought of west pilots "wasting money" for their own protection. Are you aware that one's fair share is as little as one month's income difference between a west pilot and east? Not so much when you consider what's at stake.

We're not backing down. You should realize that by now. We will, however, abide by what the court finally decides. You won't see west pilots throwing a tantrum and blaming everyone else for their plight.

Let me ask this. If usapa caves or is forced to use the Nicolau in the contract. Do you think that east pilots could or would come up with $2 mil+ and file a DFR?
