Actually 9 million has been spent. 2 mil by AOL and 7 mil by usapa. 7 million and all you got is a short stay of implementation. Pretty pricey when you also consider the 600 million in wage increases the east has forgone over the last few years of inept representation. But, whatever makes you a good union pilot I suppose. Cleary thanks you for the 191k job he has. The company thanks you for the 600 million in savings.

ROACLT may know how many rats populate the docks, but misses the boat. He should stay with crane operations, or container stacking, or bilge pumping or union busting or whatever it is he does.
ROACLT is not so easily dismissed. That poster is far and above anybody that gets involved in this issue. If you believe he is currently a longshoreman, then you are pretty naive. I would imagine he is most likely their attorney, or union head. My money says he is going to win the prediction on where this is going. And it isn't the Nic either according to San Fran.

How are you going to get to a DOH contract? Why is usapa so afraid of going to court and getting an answer to the companies DJ?

The company wants an answer the west pilots want an answer the east pilots not so much. This is not over by a long shot. So take your little "win" read delay and enjoy yourselves. Because that is all you won was a delay.

BTW how predictable is your win on the LOA 93? Where is that answer?

Seham says they are going to get a DOH contract by offering the company a "cost neutral" contract in exchange for DOH.

These folks even reneg on their own promises. If they would go to the company and offer a "cost neutral" contract, and save the company some 150 million/year, the company might be willing to go along with it. That way the company will have the money to pay the West for breaching the TA. Remember, "seniority is not for sale", but we would like to purchase the West's seniority for a "cost neutral contract" please.

BTW, loa93? Haven't you heard? The east is all comfortable with working on loa93, so even if they lose, it is still a great usapa victory. After all, Cleary makes 191k. Parella makes 162K etc. etc. etc.

Clear- you know this LOA 93 thing is in Kashors' hands now. How are we supposed to tell you when he delivers it. That is where that answer is. Anyway, I am an E190 reserve F/O so it doesn't affect me anyway, but if it is a win, it will be monumental. You can count on that. We will bring in everybody to carpet bomb you guys if that is a win. I would suggest going out and getting a helmet and flak jacket today.

I say we up them both to 200k. They are absolutely worth it.

Because if you do agree with the 10 year C&R than yes you agree that fencing (reservation) is your position. You don't need to say it you just have to agree to it.

If you would like to publicly come out and say that you disagree with DOH and fences (a reservation) for PHX than I will gladly admit my mistake.

Here's a clue: why would I push you? So, go ahead admit it or produce the posts that you were referencing to make your claim. Or is it guilty until proven innocent in the west moral handbook?

You should have hired him before you hired Jacobs to take you on the 2 million ride. Even if it is 7 million, it was well worth it to keep the widebody theft away from 15 west pilots alone. Well worth it.
 
Sehams's Dad and the firm has represented airlines in union busting cases, strikes and lockouts, against American employees of Alitalia and El Al and lost a major case for AMFA against ACA, removing the airlines from having to remain status quo in newly organized employees in first time contract negotiations.

But, I thought you guys WANTED a reservation. Most of the early posts in objection to DOH centered around East guys, living out west bidding in to PHX and making West guys more junior or costing them a Captain bid. What's changed? Wasn't your point in wanting the Nic so badly, protecting what you brought to the party?

Whomever it is, he appears to be in good company; Liars, cheats, thieves and integrity lacking beings whom know not about living up to his/her agreements. All under the veil of usapa.

Those pilots were hired way before the merger was announced, check your facts the EAST furloughed NO pilots when the merger was announced! There were some on furlough at the time, hired when some WEST pilots couldn't vote or have an ATP!

You did follow up with nonsense as predicted. I guess because you can't produce proper grammar you can't comprehend it either.
