US Pilots Labor Discussion 5/13- STAY ON TOPIC AND OBSERVE THE RULES

He's certainly getting no West votes, but you shouldn't be so confident about the East.

He'll still be the CLT rep, no?

That's rich. Not a single one of the half dozen over here ever served in a union position. Not a single one over here went unnoticed. Not a single one over here needed to be "outed" by the other side. Why is it you need other entities whether it's the West , Arb. Nicolau, or Judge Wake, to expose your dirty laundry? If the West hadn't said anything, he would've kept on serving and YOU Mr BS would have kept on praising him for his character and leadership skills.
Show where I or any others here supported this guy. I had never heard of him until now. Anyway, we are putting it all in for Gary.

You cannot link this to USAPA. The same logic could be applied to your group and your select union busters who supported ALPA. A bridge too far. Nice try.

Well, you're simply wrong. This guy is USAPA. Loyal ally of Cleary, consistant supporter of the RICO suit and USAPA's communication czar.

Regarding our guys who most will agree made a serious error in judgement; ALPA looked at the Australia events at the time and judged it NOT to be a labor dispute since the Ansett pilots had resigned their position. Yeah, it was probably at the insistance of the UAL pilots that were also there, but still entirely different than when your own union tells you not to do it as was the case at Freedom.

"ALL IN", that didnt work so well in the past. I havent read up on Gary. Is he a Cleary 'Yes Man'? Or is he going to insist that Cleary get a contract out for a vote that includes the NIC Award, so that the airline can move forward?

Which is it? A better future for all US Airways employees or More of the same?

How much is USAPA costing YOU?

Ok, here is where you guys excel. I am not backing this guy or anything he did. But give the proof that he flew a trip, as you say he did. Next, give the names of the others you allege did the same. Throw a lot of stuff out there, and no support. This is why the east guys pretty much gave up on the forum.
The East guys gave up on this forum because they HAVE NO VALID ARGUMENT. And they know it.

They are good at deflection from the truth. Keep losing USAPA, keep losing!!!

You''ll find out after we put him in.

Every time someone hears about this, and I don't know the facts completely, the more distance everyone wants. If he was at Freedom, for any reason, that is enough for me. And I have spread the word.

BS,

He admitted going there in one of his Campaign letters!! He admitted going there AFTER your own ELECTED Union Reps said NOT to go there.

What more proof is required .......................his own admission !!!!!

He went there with the knowledge that he was undermining fellow Union Pilots. Whether he flew a line trip or not, it does not change the fact that he empowered Mgt to undermine fellow Union Pilots.

You guys have been quick to say that usapa is not here because of the Nic and it was a strong desire to have a better Union. Well its time to prove it. Not only should this guy be told to remove his bid for the EVP but he should be told to resign from his BPR position. Unless of course usapa wants to be tainted by this type of behavior. As we don't see any letters from cleary supporting crimi, maybe he should take the hint!!

I say if he went to Freedom, he is bad news. He should stay out of the election and out of any union business. I don't trust him.

There is some good news coming regarding the MDA guys. Sounds like ALPA has admitted the MDA pilots were on the mainline list. This is going to have serious repercussions regarding the Nic.

Listed with a status of "Furloughed" and flying regional equipment for a subsidiary? Wide-body, narrow-body & regional; three separate classifications with the pilots in each class being merged separately...so what has changed?

Assuming you are speaking from facts rather than more unsubstantiated wishful thinking, then all this means is more money going to Seham with zero benefit to the pilots.

Remember Nicolau retains jurisdiction of the seniority list. I wonder what he will say to USAPA when they come to him asking for his assistance? No hard feelings for calling him senile, crazy and old, right? Then again...
