US Pilots Labor Discussion 3/1- STAY ON TOPIC AND OBSERVE THE RULES

Let's take a look at the amount of metal usair parked in the desert in the past 2 decades. That's what I was referring to for a failed career at usair. Sorry, but that's the truth.

And yes, I too have had a great career of 22,000 hours so far.

Aviation changes...how about the usair east?

I'll put my career up against any west pilot hired on the same date. There is just one US Airways, and I hate to break it to you, you're part of it, so we're in the same boat going forward. I'm well aware of life's changes, east pilots are dealing with it and deal with what the future brings.

Jim, if a guy has 25 years and is on the EMB it is by choice, he/she doesn't have to be.

As I head to work for my "failed-career" transatlantic flight tonight, I can only say:

WELL SAID!

Ah yes. Another red eye to Manchester eating stale cheese, MSG laden airline food making $37/hr less than the Delta A330 Captain on the same track.

Now that's premium flying!

Well, considering that the ambulance chasers have gotten our society to the point where you can't even hardly die without them representing you, I would think that the undertaking of starting a new labor union would require the services of an attorney.

Does that answer your question?

Or, are you asking ME personally what I would hire Seham to do?

I wouldn't personally hire him at all. Personally, I have no need for a labor attorney as I am not starting a labor union in the near future, nor do I plan to be an individual client in any other type of labor dispute.

If I did personally need the services of a labor attorney, I would certainly consider Seham among others.

If you pay money to usapa, you have hired and pay lee seham for his service.

Not quite PHL-SYR, or PHX-ONT, but it's not bad. Ever actually ever done it?

I think the client needs to file a complaint against the attorney for that to happen. If the client is satisfied that the attorney did his/her best, there is no obligation for that attorney to defend himself/herself in front of a federal judge, or a judicial review board.

You really are dreaming this stuff up, or the victim of a very active imagination.

Alright. I guess as a member I am a client. I am not satisfied with the job that Seham has done. There are about 1000 west members that are not satisfied with the job Seham has done. When the ninth rules in favor of judge Wake and affirms the injunction I think that there are going to be a lot of east pilots that are not satisfied with the job that Seham has done.
This could be the first true joining of the east and west with a common goal. Go after Seham for misleading the pilot group and wasting huge amounts of our money on a failed theory.

How about you are you going to be satisfied with the job Seham has done when USAPA loses in the court of appeals?

Are you going to be satisfied with Cleary and the job he did getting you DOH or a better contract two years later when the ninth rules against you?

Not quite PHL-SYR, or PHX-ONT, but it's not bad. Ever actually ever done it?

Took a fam flight on the jumseat to LIS a few years ago.

Decided that type of lifestyle was not for me.

However, unless we win the pay grievance, I might have to do it for the raise to widebody pay.

Best regards.

We're not going ahead of any east pilot but keeping the JOB we brought to this merger.

That's flat-out, utterly dishonest and complete BS. Honestly; have none of you out there even the slightest shame? You HAVE the precious "JOB" that you "brought to this merger"...and obviously want more...otherwise; why the lust for the nic? Why even ANY severe west angst over seperate ops? Why the just post nic announcement, west postings of "NO Fences!"? Since everyone's supposedly so ecstatic about PHX and the "huge" pay enjoyed by the west....ummm....what more DO you actually want?...and where's it supposed to come from?

What you "brought" is the PHX and former LAS ops, with your largest bird being the 757. What you WANT is access to the east's resources (767's/330's/Atlantic International/left seats/etc)....PERIOD! The entire rest of the west's "Righteous Position" is pure BS...an observation that escapes precious few out east.

Sorry...but I'll pass. So...just to ensure that I'm not making unfair observations and have this completely correct here: You want what you "brought"? = NO PROBLEM!! I couldn't possibly agree more with you! Keep what you "brought" then, and be as truly thrilled with it as the west always claims to be.

Yeah, I heard. What does that have to do with paying USAPA?

I guess a so called union and paying dues in the thousands per year are foreign to you unless you understand what that means in the most simplest terms.

seham's quote "union reasonableness" does not apply here.

No shame or BS big guy. nic is past tense, done, complete and how should I say...finished.

You and I agreed to a process. I upheld my end ...you did not and that's why we are in court and you will pay damages.

pleassssss, don't bring lust into it. my wife and I have enough of that.

Yes...I can clearly see how someone out east that's waited 20+ years for the left set shouldn't improperly "leapfrog" over some west person with, say....perhaps a whoppping 3+ years now? You've just plain gotta' be kidding me..and you certainly are kidding yourself.

As for "failed careers"? = Report back in about 10-20 or so years as to how fantastically great things are. Awe...nevermind, as it's clear the west can all foresee the future (which I must assume meant the merger with US?)...so...I'm certain everything will go well for you all......?

3 parties where brought to this pilot TA/merger which is a basic simple contract when you get down to it.

The company and the west pilots upheld their end of the contract.

Englsh Translation = "Whatever we can get away with that benefits us is the "right thing" to do......??
