Why would we need a certificate, had one. Did not need the cash, had the credit, which your bankrupt former employer did not.

I guess I could just link every article ever written on the matter, along with every news story disseminated on every venue, they all went like this, "America West Airlines acquired USAirways today in a deal that has been in talks since early April......." Oh, and then there is that pesky SEC thing that says Barbell Aquisition merged into America West Holdings, who merged into USAirways Group in a reverse takeover.

None of the cactus 18 were even in the suit for any of that activity, did you know that? Usapa didn't have any names for any of that activity anywhere in the case, other than in the words of the judge "a vague reference to 'co-conspirators'........" Funny, none of those 'co-conspirators' had a name. Odd.

Of Course Wake issued a temporary stay...what other logical thing should be done? Why should anybody spend a dime when a trump card is coming out at some point? It makes perfect sense to me...also, did anybody else notice that he only plans on delaying the damages/attorney fee trial for the length of the temporary stay? In the end, no harm, no foul. I have to laugh at those out there that attempt to interpret this as if Wake is experiencing some kind of impending doom. Right. He's got nothing else on his plate to worry about except a 1 year old slam dunk lawsuit...delivered by the Supreme Charlatan Lee Seham.

We have largely come to the conclusion that if the Ninth smacks you down, if His Honor Judge Wake fines you with 1.8 MILLION in our legal costs, if the SCOTUS tells you to pound sand and have a nice day, if damages are found and you must pony up tens of thousands of dollars, if the courts out east tell you that the Cactus 18 lawsuits are DISMISSSED WITH PREJUDICE (AGAIN), if the Cactus 18 sucessfully sue USAPA, and if God Almighty himself gives you a cosimic enima....you will still cry a river and not get it.

Well there are about 3000 of us back here that think like I do, so get used to it!

We tried to tell you guys out west that your lottery ticket was never going to be cashed.....ever!

We have listened to the west posters talk of the great desert judge and how he will frog march our side to jail.

We in the east have told you many times that the desert judge got it wrong just like B. Wilder said.

Freund told you guys all the risk was on your side......you guys told him to leave Wye River..bad move.

You guys were lead to believe that the east would pay all of your legal bills.....wrong!

What you have done in my view is solidify permanent seperate operations.

That is a good thing for us in the east, because none of us wants to have anything to do with the west operation anyway.

I've got as great idea for you guys, and your lawsuit money. Call JG Wentworth, and get the structured payout for your winnings. That way, you can have the cash NOW! Then you can go and get that big house in Anthem in preparation for the NIC allowing you to ascend to your rightful 330 left seat.
