The sky is not falling and there is no need to be afraid of the USAPA. They simply do not scare us, and worrying about them doesn’t keep us up at night.

I'm glad for that. Sleep deprivation's been proven to cause extreme irritation, and even entirely irrational mental states. Experimental subjects have often become fully delusional.

I appreciate your candor in observing that Alpa doesn't even begin to ever follow it's own supposed rules and reg's: "The East doesn’t even understand that National was assisting them by playing their delay game with all of theses ad-hoc committees, none of which have any basis in ALPA merger policy or the Transition Agreement."

Well..no need for any self deprecation sir. You may not be a sworn in enlistee in the "army" mentioned, but; you've at least attained the same degree of admirable subtlety in thought and expression it seems.

PS: What does "Very likely" mean?...Is that a term commonly found within any proper "Declaration of War"? Is that pretty much like: "We're very likely/probably/well..maybe anyways..really gonna' possibly/perhaps/etc kick your tails"? Seems a bit of an ill founded basis upon which to launch much of any attack....

This is, USAPA, begining to sound alot like the haves and the have nots, much like ALPA. USAPA have the votes to decertify ALPA, west does not have enough to block it. When and if USAPA takes over East will have the power in numbers to dictate policy. According to USAPA reps, pilot ratification will be the norm. Again East have the numbers, West does not.

It appears East will get everything they want, West will not. So tell me again how USAPA will be better then ALPA when all indications are it will the same...just a different name.

I'd personally just LOVE to see the statistical dynamics and overall "data" presumtions inherent in the "98%"...you wouldn't happen to have that information laying around would you? It'd sure save us ALL a lot of trouble if we could only be shown the utter folly of our ways via a now 98th percentile/previously just 'Very likely" chance of crushing defeat?....but no matter..If you and your lawyers say so..it must be true. :blink:

By any projectable time wherein the "west", if by then, still an islolated "group" by thought and belief, becomes "the majority"...you will have at least accumulated enough years to perhaps understand the worth of longevity. I doubt that you will then think as you do now in any case. That..I'll properly leave to the distant future sir, which no one can ever know. I do appreciate your further clarifying the true nature of your "Righteous Position" in such fashion yet again, which I will take some considerable liberty in expressing as I truly see it ="Staple the east!!..Our time will come, Oh True Believers of the Prophet Nic!!...No seniority for ancient infidels!!"/Only the AWA Faithfull are worthy of seniority!!"/etc.

Nope, I want the captain seat and contract that the east has held hostage, I want to make up for the last 3 years of stagnation on the west, due directly to east actions, I want to make up for contractual gains the east stymied, and most of all I want every single east pilot to pay for it.
