So I pose the next obvious question.

Who's gonna be the replacement? Is there even someone?

When exactly does it end? Cause at this point I cant find anyone without some sort of personality flaw that would be perfect for this job and who could actually get us a contract without the membership torpedoing them.

At this point the present MEC makes just about everybody else in PHX look good.

I agree everyone has some personality flaws, character defects are another thing. Character defects become apparent with actions that makes everyone wonder if an individual even knows the difference between right and wrong.

You are at cult status if you honestly think that you have no options and you have to accept intimidation or the insinuation by others that only Lisa and Jeff can get negotiations done well and at an expeditious pace. That is just not true.

i never thought i would see the day afa came to this new low the people involved should be ashamed. there is a deal going on in the back room with boston phoenix charlotte and new york. They want to keep the pay they have and will throw flores to the wolves for the deal with Lisa as MEC president. you guys have to stand up and say enough or we are all damaged irrevocably.

You got it sista'. For those that are not aware of what we are talking about I'll sum it up. The small bases such as BOS, LGA, DCA get a certain FPL (flight pay loss) be it 70, 85, 105 hours...whatever. The smaller the base the less FPL reps in office get. So LGA, BOS and DCA want to NOT fly. They have much less issues and members than big bases like CLT and PHL but refuse to "fly out on the line". They are all about making sure they don't have to fly. As for the MEC....yes at some point there will be a combined vote for an MEC council at US. PHX being LEC/MEC together get a huge vote. There is ONE vote per base. If the above bases mentioned of BOS, LGA and DCA couple with PHX.....hello LISA. GET THEM OUT OF OFFICE NOW! ! ! !

It's not cult to ask what the people who want to take a very strong action, what consequences they foresee.

Also, it states in the hearing proceedings that Mike left his bag there to avoid baggage charges. Since when do we pay baggage charges? Nowhere does it say that Mike suggested that Lisa should call USAPA, where are you getting this?

Travelpro: The other side of that could be that, the reason Flores pressed charges 5 weeks after the fact is that he is worried that the other bases might not vote for him when it comes time to combine LECs. but then, that's if you like conspiracy theories.

The fact that Jeff TOOK papers that didn't belong to him from Mike keeps getting lost in translation. They weren't his to take yet he did. On top of that Mike offered to allow Lisa to look over them but could not copy them. Then lie about doing it? I'm sorry but the "I did it for the membership" excuse is a crock. They are bad apples and need to go.

It gets even better I just found out that The west MEC President is married to the west pilot USAPA rep. and we all know about the east/west pilot relationship. Is that why the scheduling proposal was stolen and copied? It just gets more and more "interesting" by the minute.

What, like nobody knew this? I do not know of ANY west pilot that will consider themselves "USAPA". That would be indicative they are all on the same team :blink:

People have getting together to get a memo going to be presented at the CLT RSV meeting on the 27th. Alledgedly (I'll use this term loosely) they have to careful in the wording of it because of the "political atmosphere" involved and that it didn't upset MF ..... Uhhh, pardon me?

Also, this meeting, as of right now, does have LL, Jeff, and MF in attandance..... once again, one big happy family???????? :blink: :blink: :blink:

The thing I dislike here is the total lack of moral integrity.

I wouldn't go through your purse. In fact, the idea of going through your purse wouldn't cross my mind...much less act on it.

I was raised better than that. As were most of us. Stealing and lying were big no-nos at my house.
If I had done such a thing as a child, my mother would have made me pick out the switch.

So we are dealing with an adult that hasn't learned that very basic lesson.

Now, I'm not advocating a public flogging. Although it has crossed my mind but it's up to the fine, upright f/a's of PHX to decide how best to handle this and I'm sure they will.

Let's go with your assumption for a minute, say Mike did leave them on the bargaining table. Mr. Albers and Mrs. LeCarre knew those documents were not to be copied and distributed and were only to be used by the Joint Negotiating Committee at the bargaining table, which they had full access. Does that mean because they were left on a table they had the right to take them and make copies and pass them around? NO it does not. I wish we on the East could sign the recall petitions for their recall they need to go, yesterday!

Does not matter where you stand you all know it's wrong. The bigger picture is about flight pay loss for $ 3,500 dollars Lynn C and Rob W just do not want to work . Rob for one is nothing but a slug I am so disappointed with Lynn but that's how it is these IDIOTS led by Ann holy Crowly want to oust M F and put in there THIEF Liza get it together. Whoa... hold on there. The Board CLEARLY stated there was NO EVIDENCE that the papers were distributed outside of the West members of the JNC (of which there are only two... Lisa and Jeff). There was no 'distribution'. Anyone saying otherwise is just trying to get you to join the 'she's married to a pilot so she 'MUST have given them to him' camp.

There is no proof of that and anyone who tells you different obviously can't read.

I do not care what the Board CLEARLY states, your elected officers are thieves and liars. If they made copies and gave it to one single person inside or outside of that office including themselves, that constitutes distributing it. They knew what they wanted and what they were doing.

I never made any statement to the fact the she gave it to her husband, nor did my post make an assumption to that fact. Their actions do not give them any creditability in my opinion. They STOLE bottom line, decorate that any way you want, its time for them to GO. They do not deserve the responsibility of making decisions that effect the lives of their members or the East members for that matter.

Anyone that believes Lisa didn't let her husband read those USAPA documents TAKEN from Mike must also be the few that believed the glove didn't fit OJ. Can it be proven? Of course not but considering they were copied and the issue her husband as a pilot has with USAPA come on. Bottom line is they STOLE the documents plain and simple. They have lost all credibility with me and those from the east locals that obviously condone this kind of behavior need their heads examined. Wait, we already covered why they side with Lisa in this issue. I'm telling you now.....this whole debacle coupled with an upcoming MEC election when merged will bring AFA at US to it's knees. Not good people, NOT good at all. Like I said before in an earlier post, "You'd be hard pressed to find a f/a out on the line who will sing AFA's praise". They could find themselves out right behind ALPA. :down:
