The article states they were IAM officials. They were there as representatives of the IAM. I don't know how the law applies to a non-profit organization, but a corporation would be legally at fault due to vicarious liability.yep...they did the same thing to duke snyder and bill freiberger and vic mazzocco when IAM went knocking on thier door some time back...so i don't think its IAM's fault....

What's the story with these characters? Who did what to whom?
when fleet was unionizing...(phl members who then were those who did this now)IAM went out for basically the same thing that TWU did and recieved a similar welcome....but now these clowns have taken positions as local IAM reps... unfortunately....no one wants to get involved and sometimes those that do have their own agenda....sorry to say and reflects on those IAM or any other trade unionist who really cares.

Armedio that :censored: piece of :censored:, led 25 shop stewards who were off on Union Business, into the hotel and this was confirmed by hotel security/video, and told TWU you better leave, well they didnt and 25 :censored: jumped 5 TWU officials. Armedio has no class and I dare him now to step foot on the PHX and LAS ramp. There is alot of dessert in the west. And Yes Lawsuits are in progress.

I'm not saying that it is the "IAM's" fault per say, but just the mentality of those leading the troops in PHL, who just happen to be hooked up with the IAM. No you can't blame the other members, BUT these 25 Clowns represent the IAM. IF the IAM had any decency, they would identify these idiots, and remove all of them from their IAM related positions.
This is no different that having a CSA treat passengers badly, as they are viewed by the public as representitives of the company on the front line.
Unless, this is the type of leadership the IAM wants to have in PHL....
