Hopefully, the company will remember this man by making more effort to provide their employees safe lodging and awareness of the risk involved in traveling to all the places they go.

One thing I must say I do love about US Airways and am proud of is its open recognition and celebration of diversity; be it racial, gender, religious, nation of origin, of sexual preference or other. I am glad that many who might end up marginalized or looked down on elsewhere find a welcoming environment at US Airways, even if that environment can sometimes suck because of lackluster management. I did not know Nick personally, but by all accounts he seemed like good-hearted, life loving person, and it is plain that we are the worse for his loss. I hope that as a home and a family we were everything to him we should have been. Take care of each other out there people.

Continually screwing up wet dreams or one car funerals hardly qualifies a group as "lackluster". Though, they do seem to excel in the area of putting their employees "at risk" just to save a buck. I'd love to see the employees force management to confront the full cost of such decisions, individually as well as collectively.
I consider Mr. Aaronson's death to be a result of, at least, willful negligence on the part of the corporation.
The victim brought someone to his room. against the advise of hotel security, to which they required nick to sign the guy in.
