Indeed. Hence my earlier response.
so if the awards don't matter and if all customers want is safe, reliable transportation, do you think they care about who loads their bags?

And if they don't care (and mostly don't even know), then why do you commit yourself to a cause that mgmt knows customers don't care about?

Or perhaps the awards do matter because they reflect how the company is run and it does affect the customers?

it can't be both something that doesn't matter and something that you expect to win.

Then why do people keep going on and on about these awards?Josh

You'll have to ask the people that keep bringing them up...

Kevin,

How many stations does Delta fly into in the US, 200?

And you only have mainline ramp in 43?
Correct; most are ones that PMNW brought to the party....

You posted the list a few months ago and there was a good amount of overlaps. And markets like FLL had DL, but not NW ramp.

Not a lot of overlap, really. Only places on current list that had DL but not NW ramp are/were SLC, CVG, and SJU...

BTW, FLL was staffed by both PM groups...
So then at the time of the merger you guys had roughly 40 stations then. How many was it pre 2005/2006?

Josh

Short answer: You already know the answer is "many more."

Longer answer:  If you want actual numbers, be more specific: ones with ramp as it's own classification, cross-utilized, or both?

except they are bold faced lies, which is exactly what we would except from a union that is trying DESPERATELY and without repeated success to unionize DL employees.

And we would expect only the sheep to believe such info.

DL's non-pilot personnel had the same percentages of profit sharing before and after the changes. To even try to argue that there is any difference between pilot and nonpilot personnel is something you could only believe while under the influence of something that is not likely to be legal in at least 48 states and maybe 50.

and of course the IAM CAN't STAND the thought of including profit sharing in their rankings....

Lies?

Prove it.

The only liar is you.

15% is more than 10%, so you are lying again, the non-union at DL had their profit sharing reduced 33%, as last year it paid 15% not 10% like it did this year.

You are showing your fear and desperation.

except that ALL DL employees got 15% before and 10% now... and yet ended up with larger profit sharing.

The IAM SELECTIVELY mines data without looking at the actual picture.

It's really no surprise why DL employees CONSISTENTLY vote no and not one single union vote has occurred or even been scheduled since the union movement was kicked to the curb with the merger integration votes.

DL employees aren't interested in unions and they certainly don't want anything to do with a union that manipulates data that EVERY DL employees knows with their eyes closed.

I would like to see the results of the "survey" that has been bandied about here. You know the one that Kev3188 supposedly had and "voted" for the profit sharing for pay scheme.
