And Delta spends millions with Ford and Harrison and other anti-union firms, why is Delta scared of giving their employees a say in the work place?

So that the employees won't get raked over the coals by a "union" that behaves more like a greedy corporation, seeking profits, I mean dues, and delivers industry leading contracts, like the one the UA ramp now has...

BS, Delta fights the unions because they want to be in total control and be able to do what ever and when ever they want.

Why does Richard Anderson and other executives have Contracts, yet they dont want the workers too?

And the IAM represents WN CSA and Res, highest paid in the industry.

This is about Delta, not UA.

And the UA membership voted down a CBA and then ratified the next one, the membership spoke and the exercised their democratic right to vote on a CBA.

And I'm sure employees will get another chance to vote......BTW, if your jealous of Anderson having a contract, become a CEO!
What's stopping you, besides you?

can you even read what you just posted?

DL pilots did not receive 20% pay increases over 2 years. It is that simple.

here's your angry little man to tell you once again.

You dont get it do you?

US Fleet Service voted several times before they unionized, same for CSA and Res.

And the ramp voted once?

Did the upstairs ever vote?

FAs have had several elections.

We shall see what the future holds, as you dont know if there is a vote and what the results will be, now do you?

Oh wait, I forgot you speak for all Delta employees even though you dont work there and havent for a while.

Why since 2012 till the end of this year the Pilots will have gotten a 20% increase in wages, and huge pension increases?

Because they negotiated it, and yet the non-union employees have gotten nothing close to what the unionized pilots negotiated, why is that?

every DL and PMNW employee that was in a class that was represented by unions at NW voted and EVERY ONE of those large employee groups voted NO!

You can't grasp that the employees of DL have voted and they don't want unions.

You are the one that can't handle the truth.

DL pilots have not received a 20% increase in wages in the past 2 years. if you think they have, then you should be writing checks to them. They want it.

So the Wall Street Journal and ALPA are wrong and you are right?

June, 29 , 2012

The nearly 11,000 pilots will receive a 4% pay increase on this week, another increase of 8.5% in January and then two annual increases of 3%, according to an earlier union bulletin that explained the terms of the deal reached May 15. By the end of 2014, pay rates will be nearly 20% higher than they are today, ALPA said in that bulletin. A 737 captain who earned $153 an hour in 2008, the year Delta and Northwest Airlines merged, will be paid $217 an hour effective in January 2015.

Aside from the higher pay rates and an increase in the company's contribution to the pilot's pension plan in 2014, the Delta pilots won increased flying as the airline is acquiring 88 small Boeing Co. BA -2.50% 717s jetliners that will be flown by them, not pilots at Delta's commuter affiliates. In return, the pilots will let Delta add 70 smaller jets to its regional airline operations and require Delta to phase out some of the smallest 50-seat jets flown by the regional affiliates.
Dont let the facts get in your way.
