All 3 are more than large enough operations to justify insourcing.

So why hasn't DL insourced them?  If it would be economical to do so I imagine DL would have them staffed.

Still a small station.  And DL has 15 in BOS.  Not sure how many in FLL, SFO, TPA but I imagine more than six. Why is it okay for the IAM to not staff small stations but then you attack DL for not staffing XYZ location?

Josh
29 flights a day is not a small operation, but hey you never worked for an airline so you dont know as much as you claim too.

And the new US TA has one mainline flight a day as the new scope, no one can beat that.

And like I said, this is about CLT, RDU and MIA, the three LARGEST stations that are not currently staffed by DL.

According to Kevin, an actual below the wing employee at DL, not someone who claims he is in the finance industry.

And DL can open and close anything they want at anytime with no recourse from the employees.

That's an outright lie.  That applies for stations currently staffed, not all stations US serves.

HAHAHAHAHA!!!

It also states that you still board by seniority right?  (how's that going to work, seniority after all sAA board first?)

Remember what happened to UA from voting on a highlight sheet....

It hasnt occurred yet and there are several grievances in various stages to address it, so when DL changes something, can you files a grievance and have a say in it?

I did not lie, the new scope language protects all staffed stations from closing and when the full language is released you will see the staffing formula to insource work, just like how the IAM saved several stations from being outsourced for the past two years at US.

Can you say the same about DL?

So you think its funny or a joke that workers stand up to the company?

And what recourse did you have when DL froze your pension?

What recourse did you have when DL cut the Profit Sharing from 15% to 10% a 33% reduction?

Why doesnt DL treat all non-union ACS and FAs the same?

Why do some get a 2% raise while others get 3%?

What job protections do you have at DL?

AND YOU THINK IT IS A JOKE WHEN THE COMPANY STANDS UP FOR THE WORKERS?

And what recourse did you have when DL froze your pension?

AND WHAT RECOURSE DID YOU HAVE WHEN US TERMINATED ITS PENSIONS?

What recourse did you have when DL cut the Profit Sharing from 15% to 10% a 33% reduction?

GOT A BIGGER PROFIT SHARING THAN THE YEAR BEFORE... WHILE US AND AA EMPLOYEES GOT VIRTUALLY NOTHING!

Why doesnt DL treat all non-union ACS and FAs the same?

TREAT? ISN'T THAT WHAT YOU DO FOR A DISEASE?

Why do some get a 2% raise while others get 3%?

BECAUSE IT IS A B SCALE - WHAT TWU INTRODUCED TO THE INDUSTRY A COUPLE DECADES AGO.

AND THE OPTION AGAIN IS TO CLOSE THE STATION AS UA IS DOING OR CUT COSTS VIA FLEXIBLE STAFFING.

NO EXISTING EMPLOYEE'S SALARY IS BEING CUT OR THEIR PAY ADVANCEMENT BEING CHANGED.

What job protections do you have at DL?

85 YEARS OF HISTORY THAT SHOWS DL DOES A BETTER JOB OF PROTECTING JOBS THAN ANY OTHER LEGACY AIRLINE.

DL isnt standing up for its workers, cutting their profit sharing by 33% isnt standing up for their workers, nor having some employees getting bigger raises than others in the same classification.

Explain to me and others how 10% is greater than 15%.

The IAM at US negotiated a new defined benefit plan, thats what they did, what did DL negotiate with its employees after they froze their pension.

Just because the TWU HAD a b-scale doesnt mean DL has to have one, now does it?

DL's non-union employees have NO protections except the laws of the land.

How much did DL raise the employees contribution to their healthcare premiums?
