Again that is a racist line of thinking.So when you board the plane and see that black or female sitting in the left seat, how do you determine that they weren't hired using racist programs?
It is not MY job to vet them, it is the COMPANIES job to make sure they are hiring qualified people.
I don't know why you are even asking me such a ridiculous question. I already made my position very clear.
If they can't meet qualification standards without "quota" manipulation propping them up they should be classified as a DEI hire. It really is that simple. The white male really isn't a factor because his qualification standards were not adjusted due to DEI check boxes. In your scenario I would probably assume it was the black female, not because she is black but because DEI and affirmative action exist. If they did not exist that thinking would not cross my mind. As I said before it taints the accomplishments of the people who DO deserve to be there.
