My point is the campaign has evolved since late 2012 and do you still consider it bottom up?

Pretty much an Ex-NW push, as this is the 2nd time, since the merger, there's been a union push. Before the merger, couldn't tell you when the last push was, including ramp.

Yep and Kev doesn't want to admit that this is being pushed by the IAM international/Grand Lodge but rather insists it's a "grassroots" and "bottom-up" campaign. It's all about more dues for the IAM and returning the appointed leaders to their cushy positions.

Your attempt at baiting is duly noted. Try the Fleet Service thread- maybe you'll get some traction there.

P.S. AFAIK, a kerf is a cut in a piece of wood.
