I've been watching your posts for days now and have been quiet on this board for a while, but even though what you say about the CIC may be true, it may not hold up a merger or future company plans but myself and many others in this company see this TA for what it is.......
1.Canale's final last move to stick it up our a**es. truth is he knows he's done in June and blames US Ramp, as he should.....he's been screwing us for years.
2.The companies final attempt to lock us in at the lowest pay and benefits in the industry post merger, we will become the new America West employees stuck at the bottom for years to come while our merger partners ramp employees are paid a much higher wage along with more benefits....

Our friends on the ramp at UA currently make $20.57 per hour and with your time get 6 weeks vacation.......
Now I don't know about you, but I certainly would rather wait a while longer to get what they have if we do merge, than be stuck with this measly TA that gets you nothing at all for the long term.....
If we don't merge, we will be in normal negotiations soon enough and stand a much better chance of getting an agreement with teeth. On top of that Canale and his $100,000.00 cronies will be out. No one, I mean no-one could possibly do any worse then he has for US Fleet Service.
I do understand where your coming from, but you are truly selling yourself very short by voting in this TA.....I mean if we actually were getting something half descent, I could see....but look at it it....very weak...
I will not tell you or anyone else how to vote in this, but what I do ask is that everyone seek out as much information as you can and educate yourselves. This company wants this group surpressed as much as possible....Let's say it makes our dress prettier to whomever we do merge with....That is fact..
