I.A.M VS I.B.T

Professional IAM BS ARTIST IS ALL WE SEE.

When you look at the contracts from both sides there is only one way to go and that is IBT and that is the full truth.
As I have said my vote is FOR THE IBT NOW and not for a contract that holds us down till 2009.

We also see that there are a lot of IAM MEMBERS that can see the IBT will be best for them.
More and more cards every day..
the contracts aren't the issue here, the issue here is you and your cronies penchant for supplying bogus info in hopes of persuading IAM members to vote IBT.you have continually been made fools of with your own information which i've been told has made up many peoples minds as to the truthfulness and reliability of IBT.
a big IAM thank you is warranted....
THANK YOU FROM THE INTERNATIONAL ON DOWN...YOU'VE BEEN A GREAT HELP TO OUR CAUSE!

It is no lie, I have provided clear cut precedent cases.

You are the one who is posting lies, even the ibt says on the 104 web page the IAM CBA is the surviving document.

You called? That is the funniest thing I have ever heard, so now the ibt is lying too?

Keep trying.

By the way, Barbell which aquired US and HP is a subsidary of US Airways Group Inc.

at least they finally gave up and realized its a merger....haven't heard anything from that for a while....

If there is no election and the Machinists Union is certified as your representative, you will work under the bankruptcy-bargained Machinists agreement.

If there is an election and the Machinists is certified as your representative, you will still work under the bankruptcy-bargained Machinists agreement

If there is an election and the Teamsters Union is certified as your representative, you will work under the bankruptcy-bargained Machinists agreement only until such time as the Teamsters Union concludes bargaining a new agreement that seeks to improve on both the Machinists and Teamsters agreements. (this part has all ready been proven wrong about a whole new contract).

700, where is this quote from?? Disregard.......I see you said it's from the 104 website.

READ what you post:If there is no election. If there is an election and the Machinists is certifiedand. If the Teamsters Union is certified as your representative only until such time as the Teamsters Union concludes bargaining a new agreement.

AS I said "I called and talked to one of the Principal Official for the NMB this morning and I was told that which ever union wins the vote for representation is the union whos contract will takes precedents." Pinocchio lies again.

I did say when just that there would or could be a change.
I didn't know I had to spell every detale out for you.

So which lie are you going with now?

You said in your previous post if there is an election the ibt contract would be what everyone is working under.

Now you say something differant.

Which is it gonna be?

If you are going lie, you better have a good memory to keep the lies straight.

there will be no election until after single carrier status has been made.and only if ibt can muster more than 35% cards which is at this point in time is like farting in the wind.

Pincchio

SORRY I just posted what I was told by the NMB official. They did not say when it would go into effict so I didn't give it any thought. So you get to have your IAM contract for awile wile we finish our talks.
So go on with your rants. View attachment 4040

And isn't that why the IBT filed an objection to the IAM's claim for single carrier status?? To buy enough/more time to get their information out to the masses? Guess that's how the game is played.......not like farting in the wind. Boys can be so gross!!

I don't know why, but sometimes I'm still amazed that no one who isn't already an IAM member (and I can't say for sure that even the IAM members are getting anything) isn't getting any information from the IAM. I would think that the IAM would be "campaining" too. I still haven't received a response to my e-mail........maybe because I put my facts in the e-mail????????

That was it you had your FACTS: Hard to BS you.

Did you get your tickets from here and your union knowledge?

And by the way, amfa all ready tried and failed.
ok now I know you are a fat boy who dumps lavs and runs parts and is looking for your tickets in a box of cracker jacks. TRY A SCHOOL. And as it is for your union knowledge
look what you want to have me to have as a contract.

And DELL[quote IT ONLY HURTS FOR THE FIRST TWO INCHES!!
AND just how do you know????????? You IAM BOYS OR ITS. Now I realy want 700 off my shirt tails.

"Dues are calculated once per year.

The method is in the IAM Constitution and each local lodge votes on its bylaws once per year, dues are not changed whenever they want to but only once per year.

Most locals use two times the wieghted hourly wage per classification per contract and most locals get a lower dues rate for employees making $12 or less per hour."

A question on IAM dues. The way I understand it the dues if computed on your August wages. Then adjusted in January of the following year. In CLT we use the weighted average per classification. So why then has our dues not went down in the past two years? $24.25 is still being taken out twice a month.
