What she said is completely valid. The East employees are screwing the West. The West allowed it to happen by joining unions with unethical and immoral merger integration policies.

For years Captains have said to me "You'll be senior somday" to justify screwing employees with less longevity.

The most true and accurate thing is that, YES, ONCE all of us were Junior Employees, and worked and worked, and eventually we earned seniority and fully accepted and understood the process.
