FFS 700!! Why do you want to keep the IAM contract that was born from bankruptcy?? US Airways is NOT in bankruptcy any longer because of the MERGER with America West Airlines. Those are not reasons, you are not comparing anything.
And like has been posted numerous times, you contract will mean nothing when they declare SCS or even if there is an election the IAM CBA survives, not the ibt.
TIA asked for 25 reasons.........a list and not a comparison between the two. Not sure but I would assume that TIA is from the east/IAM.Those are not reasons, you are not comparing anything.

Exactly........but where's the information from the IAM??? The nearly lone spokesman for the IAM is 700.The IAM didn't fail anyone it's membership failed themselves.
for crying out loud man....the 7000 figure includes your brethren at AWA.....you just fall off the turnip truck or what??And just tell us how you got the 7000+M&R to vote on that? There are changes all the up to 9/7/05 8 month after you voted. did you vote on them.
Contracts under the RLA do not expire, they become amendable.
Your ibt contract will be gone no matter what, the IAM/US CBA will be the survivor even if there is an election and the ibt wins.
In 1949 it was certified as mechanic, utility and stores.
Sorry customer service needs to take care of that since it is not a mtc station.
we'll see what the layers say.
the old us aiways they are no longer.
and as for stores clearks
not as many as thier use to be.
DW...the ones you allude to actually have presented good responces...however there have been many ill informed pondering queries that show ignorance of material they are trying to purvey...it has been a good experience for all....BTW,if you saw the poll, some 114 people at the time had voted for IBT over IAM...but remember this is quite a paltry showing if AWA has some 850+ members and are trying to portray some type of unionistic superiority.Dude, et. al., stop being baited by company stooges who want an election on the chance there will be no representation at all.
Thank you for coming out as management.
Sometimes your BS is hard to stomach(ill informed pondering queries)(factual information supplied by 700 and myself)DW...the ones you allude to actually have presented good responces...however there have been many ill informed pondering queries that show ignorance of material they are trying to purvey...it has been a good experience for all....BTW,if you saw the poll, some 114 people at the time had voted for IBT over IAM...but remember this is quite a paltry showing if AWAY has some 850+ members and are trying to portray some type of unionistic superiority.
i hope all will learn from the factual information supplied by 700 and myself over the past few months.IAM is not out to disuade or ill-inform anyone.
thank you and hopefully we have helped educate IBT membership. IAM is not out to disuade or ill-inform anyone.
Even if there is an election and the ibt wins, the IAM CBA will be the surviving CBA.
Is that so hard to fathom?
