Haven't Heard About the Extra 4% in Equity to be Held Aside?

This board sometimes is just to vent. No real answers just plenty of questions and fighting.

Back on topic...So, AA states that 27.5 shares have been distributed so far. There will be the 120 day distribution in the next day or two of the final 7.2 shares. To date, I have been granted 394 shares (before taxes). With the 14% be taken and the rise in the stock price from $22.55, I do not expect many more shares.

Any thoughts?

Congratulations you found a spelling error. Should we go over your posts? How many times have you put "are", as in "are contract is industry leading"  instead of "our"?

Yes please do.

I'm thinking between 175 to 200 shares in the last distribution minus taxes and the 14% hold back for the retiree lawsuit. Maybe 100 net shares...?

The TWU provides no answers to the membership, so these threads turn into peronality conflicts instead of worthwhile substance. Why don't we ever have answers to important questions? Because the TWU is a double secret code ring hide the truth Union.

You can get one in any box of sugar smacks

O/S

How are you going to feel if you only get 10% of the stock you are expecting?

Will you still believe that the TWU is honest and LQQKing out for your best interest?

MHO is that many here at AA are going to be soooo disappointed with the last share
distribution. They are going to Demand answers I am Hoping that you have your bs answer prepared.

The Officers of the Line Local as well as Tulsa's Local will have to tap dance
to the music of disgruntled dues paying members if the stock quantity is not what you say. But more in line of my estimate.

If you are correct I will be the first to say I was wrong. But I can't wait to see your say if we get little to zero with some bs reason why.

A guess? I'd say less than 100 before taxes and lawsuit reserve.

little to me is less than 15 shares, since we got very small amounts after the first distribution.

IMHO I think this whole deal was a trick F$%k by the TWU and AA.

I would like to know just why AA gave the crooks at the TWU the shares to distribute,
when they could of done it?    The only thing I can think of is that a deal was in place and this gives the company an out. They can say the TWU screwed you not us, we gave them the shares it's their fault. The TWU can then turn around and blame the creditors and now the retirees. win/win for both.

Had enough yet? How much more of this type of bs are YOU willing to put up with?

The distribution does come AA. The TWU doesn't touch it and it is distributed according to the formula overseen by the Equity Committee directly from AA to everyone's ComputerShare account. Secondly, Equity is a byproduct of the bankruptcy process and each Creditor receive their shares in similar fashion. The APA and the APFA receive their shares using the same exact mechanism.

Do you mean the BS that you create or another type of BS?

I mean I know your total intent is to get rid of the TWU, and that is your choice, but when you have to try and make EVERYTHING into a conspiracy theory then it just hurts your argument.

WHEN you get more than 15 shares, it will be interesting how you turn the fact that you were wrong into another conspiracy. That'll be fun to watch.

So if the shares come from AA and not the twu. How is twu holding back 14% of my shares?

Because of the Court Order that calls for that to be set aside, those shares or that value will be put into a Trust Fund to be managed by a financial professional. Also according to the Court Order, a maximum of 4% can be spent on fees and expenses, while the other 10% is for the exclusive purpose of paying the Early Out (plaintiffs) if the win their suit.

So in essence, the original 5% the TWU was setting aside for expenses and fees has been lowered to 4% by the Court Order.
