I'd say with all the movement on the last couple of bids, it won't be happening to any current East pilots, at least unless they want to. The west, well. yea, gotta feel bad for them...NOT! By the way, the arbitration was only to come up with a bargaining position for ALPA, nothing else. As soon as we go back, we'll use it.

Fairness? Decided by who? East pilots? How about letting someone not involved decide what is fair? Like an arbitrator that has done many of these.

You can stick that hypocritical wait your turn stuff. It is the east that has been saying that you want yours now and if the west just waits 5 years we can have it all. You tell the west we have an entitlement attitude while you actively work to step in front. Well it has been 8 years of waiting and you still want to go to the front of the line.

How about the west pilots that are on the east list behind new hires? They waited thier turn yet usapa and the east have not lived up to the "gold standard". As a matter of fact the company is trying to correct that problem and what happens. usapa tries to block west pilots from even getting their DOH.

Your action do not match you words. What did usapa tell us early on? what what they do not what they say. for the last several years we have watch east pilots act in the most horrible, unethical way.

So we come back around to the same answer that we always get. No answer.

No LUP! That is not going to go well in front of the judge or the arbitrators. Because you see arbitrator can read contracts and court rulings. Judge Silver said usapa needs an LUP to avoid the Nicolau.
