Speaking of the APA and their potential intolerances, perhaps now really is a good time to recall Hummel and get McKee the psycho in there. The West has all the cards in a recall vote btw

What antics would those be?
The failed recall of three reps? The threatened recall of the president? The failed RICO suit? The failed status quo law suit? The failed accusations of Seham? The failed "on board" campaign? The failed threat of firing a few management type? The failed accusation of ID theft? The embarrassing USA Today ads? The 11-0 vote for the MOU then the back pedelng of the CLT reps and trying grab all the glory?
Is that what you are talking about? That is all usapa and east pilots.
The only thing the west has done is stand up for our rights by implementing a final and binding seniority arbitration award.

Sorry, idiot. DOH and LOS have both been shown not to be arbitrary, and in fact by some courts called the "gold standard" of integration. Plus, you voted away your rights to all past bargaining positions.

Section IV of the Trans. agreement say both parties will accept the list. That section, however, was voted away with the MOU. The definition of an LUP is now pointless.

Our union, our lawyers and our merger counsel have been advised that USAPA will begin the seniority integration process with APA by pursuing what Article I, Section 8 D of our Constitution requires, “To maintain uniform principles of seniority based on date of hire and the perpetuation thereof, with reasonable conditions and restrictions to preserve each pilot’s un-merged career expectations.”

..... Her judgment stated that the US Airline Pilots Association’s seniority proposal does not breach its duty of fair representation provided it is supported by a legitimate union purpose. US Airways, supported by the West Pilot Class, then asked Judge Silver to reconsider her decision. That was denied, and her judgment was reaffirmed in favor of USAPA. OUCH!!!!

Yes the NIC is gone and money is all that's left for them, be patient half of us will be gone in 5 or so years right about when the fences from AMR expire. You boys sure wasted alot of money to wind up where you would have been from the start, to bad you brought us all down.
