Busted. That is me. Guilty as charged.

Please don't tell Koontz, he asked me not to post here.

Are we ok? Really? I take it all back.

Greeter

Are we okay?

I do not know...

Funny thing about malcontent scumbags incapable of telling the truth, if they slip something in there like an admission of guilt, you do not know whether to believe them or not!

Anytime I have ever been told to expect a "big surprise," good or bad, it has never panned out.

If you really had something in the bag, telling us would be the last thing competent legal help would advise. And there is the rub.

Greeter

Then, maybe you should be asking yourself why Move and several others stopped posting on public forums. My lips are sealed, or is it that I really don't know anything? I can't remember. What was it we were talking about again?

You are an idiot.
Coming from a USAPA cheer leading scab I find that complimentary. Do you think USTUPID has the brain power to fight a war with the APA and AOL at the same time? Good thing you now pay 2.5% union dues...by far THE HIGHEST rate of any North American carrier and only 150% higher than what Scabford promised you. I wonder what else he lied about?

Start brainstorming that LUP. You're going to have to answer that to the Laws satisfaction...something you've failed miserably at accomplishing.

2 atom bombs?? 2 atom duds, denied and denied. Your plan to break the west only solidified the west. Your PHX meeting promised a 90 contract that was 'cost neutral', ole LS is on video saying those exact words. The company watched how you formed and operated your infant union, all emotion, no thought for consequences. Mark King's 'usapa law trumps federal law', really? Your RICO suit was crap, you know it. If anything was sent through the USPS one phone call to the feds and it would have been a free ride for the union. How much did LS rape the rank and file for on that? Mrs LS drives a much nicer car than Marty's wife.

I am sure you and others have a lot of ideas about how things should have happened, but there was a concerted illegal effort to destroy USAPA. It took two atom bombs to stop the nonsense. RICO and the NMB. Nothing else worked, and it still took a year to get their dues. How do you think the NY operation was paid for during the Hudson landing? It sure as heck was not from great intentions or good will.

You were not at the meeting in PHX, and I find your junior detective work (how much Seham talks) to be meaningless here.

Larry probably is a great guy, as I am sure 99.9% of the folks on this forum are. But his accounting of what went down at the meeting is revisionist history.

If people insist on keeping this thread going , bring it on.

Don't worry, McClearimi will make sure that founders get their extra special cut.... ;) ;) ;)

I would wish you luck in that NY bankruptcy complaint, but I am not patronizing a-hole.

So, instead I will say that when judge Lane kicks uscaba out of the room, there is a huge surprise coming uscaba's way.

Say goodbye to the scab treasury, and get ready for assessments. Does that not bother you because you are on disability and not subject to union assessment?

I was just stating the obvious. But since it didn't sink in, I'll say it again, YOU ARE AN IDIOT!

Your high dues rate is self inflicted.

And Bradford did not lie. He told you we would never allow a new hire to go ahead of a seventeen year pilot.

And we will never allow that 17 year furloughed pilot to go ahead of a captain. Nobody in the industry will allow it, your failed career is owned by you alone.
The west's cause is noble and we will continue to fight USAPA and the east pilots even after the APA takes over. Our friends are in Dallas, they understand the characters they are dealing with in CLT.

This place never changes..........

Phoenix fixed everything with this broken operation...

Ask Greeter, he brought it up. The pilots are no longer furloughed because of America West Airlines

I said nothing about furloughed pilots of any kind. New hire and a pilot with seventeen years UNBROKEN service. Get it? No furlough.

As usual, you guys are a moving target. I have been talking about the seventeen year guy for years. If that had been fixed we probably would not be here, and you would probably be living in AVL and flying out of CLT.

Greeter

I believe there are some west pilots still on furlough, or have they all returned?

By choice, some have passed up Group II jobs on the East.

In the strictest of terms, they are not "recalled" if they come East. They take their place at the bottom of the list. I say bottom but I believe that was just changed to put them in seniority order with other West pilots "for hire." Imagine that. DOH seniority.
