The only work group that is not joined is the pilot group, and the only reason for that is the AA MEC ordering the JNC to back away from the negotiating table AND the creation of USAPA for the sole purpose of evading the Nicolau Seniority List.

I'll go with the jury verdict and a 9th Circuit justice to be the judge of how things will go in DFRII.

For all those who think it will be a merger of the Nic and APA list... explain this... If it will be a relative position integration (and that is what you believe in ) then system seniority lists do not matter in the least. Relative position according to category and status IS relative position, and depend entirely on the lists for each plane type rather than on the system seniority list. Do you not see that relative position is relative position, and you NOW have what you have? Or are you planning for the company to have an unrestricted mock system bid based on the Nic, with full bump and flush.. at the POR, all virtual of course to save training costs. Yeah, a mock system bid with bump and flush based on the Nic so the West can get the relative category and status position they deserve, before the relative position merger occurs.

The shame here is that there is NO "Standard Operating Procedure or Practice" or even more to the point is there is NO legitimate union practice that any labor organization can sink its teeth into.

Dave and AOL hate USAPA, Dave and the other two PHX BPR reps solely for the purpose of AOL. Talk about conflict of interest.

This sore of pilot conflict is going to take away just about all pilot authority and labor unity is out the door. In fact, safety concerns should mandate that labor unions for pilots are illegal, and further all pilots who have an ATP, type rating and first class medicals should all be paid the same. Furloughs should be based on the pilots who make the most money being the first out the door.

That's what AOL and Dave is all about.

Yes. It is so very sad that your attempt at perverting the RLA and contorting unionism into nothing but an organized criminal unit failed so absolutely and spectacularly. If the West could just get over it and understand how right and pure your East centric objectives are, labor unionism would be saved and preserved as the bedrock of integrity, honesty, and righteousness that USAPA has so diligently pursued since its most honorable inception.

What is your unions LUP for a abandoning the Nic award? That's a question that might come up. I hope you have a better answer this time. The Jury didn't seem very impressed with the last one. Is Poindexter arguing the case this time or will Seham show back up?
