No it doesn't. It wrecks east careers going forward and you know it. Go back and read the US report to the ALPA BOD. It clearly lays it out.

Oh well if you are going to point to your own info. Let me direct you to the Nicolau award the refutes all of that nonsense.

But the biggest thing your data said was the longest any east pilot would have to wait was 2 years to upgrade. Not a lot of harm. The ALPA BOD did not seem to moved by your crying.

17.5 is half of 35. Assumption being half of your career as an f/o and half as a captain. Would you be satisfied with half as an f/o and half as a captain?
No. That was not my career expectation.

When I got hired 60 was the age. 65 was a bonus for some a bone- us for others.

AWA had 7 years upgrades. Using your age 30 hire age that means 7 years F/O 23 years as a captain.

Not your career of 25 years as an F/O and a few as captain.

The NIC screwed the senior west pilots big time they a lot of them could have been flying big planes for more money, by now fences would be down, we need to make sure they are now fenced off of east metal for at least 5 more years and the APA will take care of the rest as we have no rights to their widebodies, although with the west sense of entitlement I'm sure they think they saved AMR and deserve they widebody flying.

No the Nicolau did not screw the senior west pilots. East pilots did that. If east pilot had accepted the arbitrated results as agreed they would be flying the airplanes you say you would "allow" them to fly now.

You had your fences. You are not going to get another 5 years. Going into the next merger we are all one airline represented by one union. If usapa were to even attempt to fence one portion of their membership from have the same benefits as other members we have a slam dunk DFR. No the only fences are going to be between American WB and US Airways WB not east and west.

JNo west pilots has said anything about saving AMR. The were not going to close the doors unlike the east. Parker said you were liquidating. Your jobs were saved.

Separate ops shows Bular picked a winner.

Not so much as picking a winner but understanding where his loyalties rest. The corporate deck has been stacked against the west- we are finally going to get a fair shake via the courts and its quite telling how averse they are to jurisprudence. Slave owners behaved exactly the same way.

Doug Parker is a bar room brawler! Both groups underestimate Doug all the time. Check out the APA pilots signing onto to a substandard Deal for the next 3 years. Dougie will be laughing all the way to the bank. The only guy around here that kept Dougie in check was Cleary. To many weak dicks on both sides hated Mike. Mike told me one time that this group wasn't ready for a guy like him. I can't wait until the APA group gets to experience the real Doug Parker and his team Tempe mentality. This should be great comedy going forward.

So why again did you want to merge with US Airways?

Perhaps Parker helped save US airways, but the AWA pilot group did nothing; they were just a bunch of laborers, same as the east pilots. You're just the hired help!
