Still trying to get a handle on that MOU butt kicking and being played by the Recall, Courtney?

It's not true but according to you and McKee CM was behind the Recall, that's gotta sting.
Don't really care who was behind it we all know Munn's reputation, wow over 3/4 of the CLT piklots sure told you where to go. As for the MOU democracy in action, I have no problem with that, just hope we don't get played again.

Self righteous BS? You can't be serious. The Nic is not absurd so don't tell me what you think I know. Huge advantage for the bottom half of our list? I don't think so!

I am on the top half of our list and if you scumbags have your way I would be placed on the bottom 25% of the list, well below pilots on your list who were furloughed when this disaster happened.

I am "high and mighty" because my side has done the right thing for the past six years. We have honored the law and stuck together to fight your tyranny. I don't mind pissing you off and get great joy in believing that you creeps will lose in the end and that fat beotch Kharma is going to smite your sorry asses. You are a collection of some of the most vile, disgusting vermin I have ever seen and I know that I am not alone in my beliefs.

This is a mistake many of you guys make. You state that the Nicolau is not absurd because DOH is so bad for you. As if those two were the only two solutions on earth.

One being bad doesn't make the other good.

I forgot, and thanks for reminding me. The LUP issue, or the issue you have manufactured. USAPA clearly has a LUP. You just don't happen to agree with it.

We can't know if we agree wih it if we haven't seen it. Why else would Judge Siver have asked fof it?

Keep trying though. You're digging in sand and it's fun watching.

If the company was going to put 190 flying out west why have they waited 6 years to do it? Why did the company deny the grievance to award the west the 1/3 of the 190's that we are owed?

No the 190 is not coming to PHX.

I thought you wanted your 190 flying, now you say they won't come to PHX?

Perhaps the company didn't put them there before because prior to the MOU they would have had to be growth airplanes and the company doesn't want to grow the base, they want to shrink it. But now that the 190s can be counted toward you min. block hours, you might just see them. If it wouldn't hurt my west friends I'd love to see your rear in the right seat of one of those wonderful things.

BTW, you mentioned in another post something about "short haul 190." You obviously haven't looked at that airplane closely. It has very long legs, ones that would work very well our of PHX. I've done PHL-PUJ in it with air time of 4:15. Full pax, full fuel. Never any weight issues.

With doh, everyone gets a decent career. With the Nic, many are destroyed. With a for the most part 2 pilot crewed airline, 17.5 years as an fo and 17.5 years as a captain sounds pretty fair to me. (Assume hired at 30 and retiring at 65)

Bad assumption. Not everyone got hired at thirty.

DOH destroys many west careers from per merger. Nicolau continues the per merger career of east pilots.

Have you not been able to keep you position in PHX? You just got a nice raise and are still a captain. Life's good!
Yes. Eight years in the same position. You east pilots have moved and gotten a raise. Not separate but not equal treatment.

Plus the west got a smaller raise than the east.

A merger is not about just keeping your position for a decade.

Where do you get these "facts"? Pulling them out of your ass doesn't count. Even if they were true it is still very wrong. In my own situation I was looking at 6 years FO, 21 years captain. If you got you way in 2007 I was looking at 22 years FO, 5 years captain.

PS: I wasn't the one working for a bankrupt carrier. I was the one who did not apply at US Airways because I knew they were failing.

Did she ask for it? I don't remember that.

No it doesn't. It wrecks east careers going forward and you know it. Go back and read the US report to the ALPA BOD. It clearly lays it out.

They feel they got dealt a bad hand. You don't whine at the Blackjack table and I think that applies to arbitration as well.

Gaming ediquette:

Do not ask for pity if you have a bad hand, it happens to everyone. Numerous times I have seen a player hit a stiff hand in blackjack and get an additional small card but still be in the 12-16 point range. When this happens some players will often show their cards to the dealer, make a big sigh, and expect some sympathy for having to make another decision. Nobody cares about your hand but you, make a decision quickly and do not hold up the game.

Separate ops showed Nicolau's flawed assumptions, didn't it?
