You mean all those kids at St Jude children's hospital that he does all those free commercials for? That team Sully?

I said I applaud the outcome of that day in 2009. I don't bow to any man who includes Sully.

If you want a hero. Read about someone who shuns the limelight rather than exploit or profit from it.

How many East F/Os are senior to you because the Captain's pay doesn't comensate for the lower quality of life?

How many East F/Os are senior to the bottom East 737/A320 Captain?

I'm guessing the same number as if the Nic were in place, maybe fewer. You think? Does that change the fact of what I said?

Oh, and trader one more thing. Please don't tell anyone senior to me but the last year or so has been the best QOL I've had in years.

What, there's only room on your planet for one hero? Oh, I guess 2 if you include yourself you childish basterd.

Basterd. That's a dude who has a tow truck in Lizard Lick, North Carolina.

Bastard would be a compliment, if you are referring to me.

True heroes don't sell out. True heroes are humble, avoid the limelight .

Postscript, is it PS or is it P.S in NC?

Use your limited imagination, PS

Do you have more than one hero on planet Usapapia than Sully you Clearian clone?

What have you and the america west pilots done to improve the contract for USAPA pilots?

Name one contribution the west pilots have done to help improve USAPA pilots working conditions? Be specific?

Allow me,

The West pilots filed a grievance on the change of ACARS logic that benefitted the east and harmed the West.

But, rather than peruse the grievance and get all LCC pilots on the West's system, the scabs at usapa saw fit to not force the issue, cause they had more important grievances to lose.

You know, like that loser LOA93 grievance, or that on board injunction lawsuit, or....what maybe fighting the Nic.

Which BTW, the Nic fight was the biggest loser to date. The West has continuously tried to get the east to a JCBA and off of LOA93, but uscaba wanted no part of it!!

So, you can stop the horseshiit now. Separate ops is coming to a close, and guess what? The Nic is still the only accepted system seniority list for the pilots of LCC!

The NAC was negotiating with a company that knew they didn't have to do anything, thus keeping their costs low.

My proposal doesn't matter. The fact is the company never tried. With out trying, you don't know what could or couldn't be done.

You really can't read the mind of the 9th circuit judges, can you?

I have completely lost your logic.

Ustupid was told right up front what they had to do.

Throw the Nic on the table and remove the company's excuse.

The fact is usapa never tried to get a contract, never tried to negotiate, and never once had any clue of it's own situation. The AFO club would never even entertain the idea of putting out a Nic inclusive contract and seeing if it would pass.

Now, here we are with an MOU that passed by very wide majority, and it looks an awful lot like a Nic inclusive contract would have passed if uscaba had only been willing to "negotiate"!

What have you and the america west pilots done to improve the contract for USAPA pilots? Going in to many company meetings in front of Mr Parker and accusing the East pilots of slowing down the operations?

Name one contribution the west pilots have done to help improve USAPA pilots working conditions? Be specific?

Nic4us, thank you for your concise and specific answer to my question.

I've rarely followed yours.

You are wrong. USAPA thought they could fight the Nic and get a contract. That's one of the main points I disagreed with them about as I saw the two as mutually exclusive-as they indeed turned out to be. If they didn't want a contract then why the onboard campaign?

I said all along that a Nic inclusive contract that was lucrative enough would pass. Thing is, we were not going to get a lucrative enough contract on our own. AA's bankrupt contract was better than the Kirby, and Parker always said he wouldn't pay us the same as the larger carriers.

The west AFO club wouldn't be pragmatic and come off "no change to the Nic, not one item" thus we are the Israelis/Arabs of the airline world.

All that is history now. Let's move on shall we? You guys are very confident about your position moving forward and I believe we are finally to a point where we will find out. Unfortunately I think the APA might eat our lunch while we continue to fight a 7 year old battle.

snapthis: "Do you have more than one hero on planet Usapapia than Sully you Clearian clone? " Well...other than your "dire wolves", "spartans" and of course "knights who've fought with valor in many battles": Have you got anything even approaching a "hero" within your little AOL "Army" in Fantasyland? ;) On top of that?...It seemingly suits you to "borrow" reference from a recipient of The Medal of Honor, as if you or any of us have even the slightest association with such a person.

In NO way can I fault that young Man for refusing to sit at a some F'n photo-op function as merely a "cute" little prop for the obama scum's benefit. On the other hand; is it your contention that none should ever materially benefit from their actions? If so...well...why are we a society that routinely makes "superstars", "heros" and certainly multi-millionaires out of people that NEVER do anything more "heroic" than throw, kick, catch or hit various balls or pucks around? I can only assume that you never once cheered for those sorts of bogus "heros" and figure that they too should be modest, underpaid and entirely unassuming in all their actions?

"I don't bow to any man who includes Sully." I'm personally impressed with his actions that day but goody for you! I'm going to take a wild guess that he's yet to build any shrines to you in his lving room either, and yes; his use of notoriety from 1549's been entirely despicable.....
