What a moron. Doesn't know enough to stay down.

You've obviously lost the argument, Billy Boy. You're only making yourself look worse with every post.
What argument? I'm still trying to decide what I want to fly on the new bid. I guess I'll stay on the BIGGEST, HIGHEST PAYING equipment we have. Now, do I want to fly in PHL or CLT?

Just wait and see exactly who has lost the argument, children of the west. I just hope there isn't more downsizing coming your way. Actually, I could care less. Burgers aren't going to flip themselves!

Don't worry about your miles; UAL is starting to come back to life. And it's only a matter of time before UAL and LH wrap themselves around U like anacondas and slowly drain the life from U ... it's just their nature. U's employees won't notice it at first, but gradually LH and UAL will be carrying larger percentages of U's customers on overlapping routes than U. ... most of them are like baby harp seals with those big brown eyes and trusting look on their faces. By the time that the club hits them in the back of the head, it will be too late.
Seriously, does ANYONE think that the death * is going to have two US-based major carriers?

Ya think? jetz has been supreme Richard for quite a while now. I hope all those Marvins are finally happy with the pretty girl, but for some reason(30 years of hearing them whine), I doubt it. If they only would bring back that wonderful tan uniform I think they may be happy. No, that's not it. I vividly remember a UA pilot in tan, circa 1984, telling me that whatever I did, don't go to work for United Air Lines.

"My money's on Doug Parker.."

Looks like JS had it right after all!

John did that. But, look who is was up against. :)

Has he retired yet? He was/is an interesting guy. I always got along with him, but wouldn't sign up to fly with him as I would with you. One thing I respected with him was that you knew who the captain was, unlike some I flew with.

You heard the same arguments a jury heard and rejected as you did. They even put Sully and Skiles on the stand to try and influence the jury. That dog and pony show backfired and I was embarrassed for both of them. They walked out of the courtroom sullied after our legal team dismantled their attempts to smear the pilots of America West.

Bottom line, you get it, my friends at AA get it and the rest of the industry gets it.
The jury verdict was overturned by the 9th Circuit Court.

Sully and Jeff answered questions presented by attorneys, the legal system in our country is the best in the world.

Your friends at American and the rest of the industry sense your desperation and your inability to deal with your insignificance in the previous and present airline merger process.

The justice department will not ask for Phoenix slots, why don't we leave it at that.

We never tried before???? What the hell was the NAC doing for the last 5 years?
What have you and the america west pilots done to improve the contract for USAPA pilots? Going in to many company meetings in front of Mr Parker and accusing the East pilots of slowing down the operations?

Name one contribution the west pilots have done to help improve USAPA pilots working conditions? Be specific?

IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT
FOR THE DISTRICT OF ARIZONA
US Airways, Inc.,
Plaintiff,
vs.
Don Addington, et al.,
Defendants.
))))))))))
No. CV-10-01570-PHX-ROS
AMENDED JUDGMENT
(to add description of class)

Pursuant to the Court’s resolution of the motions for summary judgment,
IT IS ORDERED Counts I and III of the complaint are dismissed and judgment is
entered in favor of US Airline Pilots Association on Count II of the complaint.

US Airline Pilots Association’s seniority proposal does not breach its duty of fair representation provided it is supported by a legitimate union purpose. This judgment is binding on the following class: “All pilots employed by US Airways in September 2008 who were on the America West seniority list on September 20, 2005.”

DATED this 4th day of December, 2012.

I'm an '86 hire and am an A320 captain. Reserve in CLT, could be block holder in DCA. Those beside me on the Nicolau award out in PHX cannot hold captain. Those sitting beside the bottom East 737/A320 on the Nicolau are very junior west F/Os.

How many East F/Os are senior to you because the Captain's pay doesn't comensate for the lower quality of life?

How many East F/Os are senior to the bottom East 737/A320 Captain?

I hope you were there. If you were, you heard the same testimony the rest of of heard. Who knows, we may have even talked. I had several conversations with East pilots, Boss Hogg and other supporters of team Sully.

I applaud the outcome of that January day in 2009. We don't appreciate being called rookies in a court of law.
