Yes federal judges can tell a union how to negotiate if they are not representing one or a group of pilots fairly.

You also forget the other side of negotiations. You have to have someone willing to negotiate with. The company is not willing to negotiate for anything other than the Nicolau.

The APA president has said that DOH is dead since 1986. So the APA is not going to negotiate for DOH.

The west certainly is not going to negotiate for DOH.

Speaking of secret hammers; I've been noticing a lot of recent references to a hammer coming down, so I must ask when the next Internet Trash Talk vid starring Thor himself is due out, and when to expect the first issue of T-shirts proclaiming the "spartans"/"knights"/Dire Wolves"/and even "Larry Potta" sorts to collectively be the very "god" of thunder himself? And yet, the Flight Attendants with a roughly 1/4 ask the size of ours were only able to ink a deal as of last week.
