No worries- it'll all even out soon enough. You'll always have your rightful place on the AWA/ US combined seniority list. Now, the only question we have is the American SLI

I don't take your predictions seriously. Just cannot get that video out of my head of you doing the chicken dance; saying you ( and your peeps) would never, ever pay dues to USAPA.

Bad "comm" then, bad comm now.

Forced extortion isn't dues. It's been subverting you scabs for the last five years though. Your fake union has been the biggest failure, (next to us air) in aviation history...happy to have played a part in keeping you on LOA93 for so many extra years, and look fwd to delivering the final Coup D'état to you scabs and your dream of doh.

Are you sure you don't mean Coup de Gras?

Actually, the following is the definition of a Coup D'état:

Sudden overthrow, often violent, of an existing government by a group of conspirators. Their success depends on surprise and speed. Coups rarely alter a nation's fundamental social and economic policies or significantly redistribute power.

I don't think what is going to happen with USAPA qualifies as a Coup D'état. In fact, there may actually be a merger between APA and USAPA. It won't be sudden as it is known months in advance. It doesn't appear violent as both sides are cooperating. However, if you do consider it a Coup, I thought the last sentence in the definition pretty enlightening.

Now what happened to ALPA on this property is another story. I'd say that was definitely a Coup D'état.

I guess you fail to see how funny it is that you quoted the precise definition and then claimed that what happened to ALPA via the USAPA representational election met that definition despite the fact that it was not 1) sudden (result of a NMB election process), 2) violent, 3) a form of government, and 4) was not characterized by speed or power (how many votes did USAPA win by?).

Perhaps you were referring to this line: Coups rarely alter a nation's fundamental social and economic policies or significantly redistribute power.

Now if you are implying that USAPA hasn't fundamentally changed the social and economic policies that ALPA left behind and has kept the same basic leaders in place, then I guess you may have a point.

Something tells me that, in hindsight, ALPA is quite pleased to no longer be involved in the east-created rut of an LOA93 quagmire.

Anybody know a date for the profit sharing paycheck?

Oh, and the Nic is still the only accepted system seniority list at LCC.

I do remember your side saying, "you don't have the votes". Quite the contrary, I'd say that several on your side recently have said the USAPA supporters stole (took by force) your union. That suggests that ALPA was "overthrown".

As far as your comment: "Now if you are implying that USAPA hasn't fundamentally changed the social and economic policies that ALPA left behind and has kept the same basic leaders in place, then I guess you may have a point."
I would say that's about right.....and it won't change much with APA either.

usapa losses again.

Ninth denied usapa's motion to expedite.

usapa should have finished the court case in the proper venue instead of coming to the party late.

What was the legitimate union purpose?

Doesn't really matter. The Company is going to drop the appeal anyway.

And if memory serves me correctly, they denied an expedited hearing the first time over the potential United merger.

of course it was denied.
Only USCABA fails to realize how irrelevant the pending DJ appeal is...or...perhaps they're the victim of YET ANOTHER scumbag lawyer telling them what they want to hear as he steals millions of dollars a'la' Seham.
