DWH Scam on the horizon

I have to say that on the outside looking in, the local there has done everything to prevent that from happening. I think however, they have finally run out of excuses. My opinion only.

I'm not surprised. I did the LAX-SFO commute for 2 years. It was easier to do then. I believe the flight options are less now. Plus, they have the seniority.

I've been told that MCI AMT's have received their new assignments throughout the system. Anyone have thoes numbers and stations?

Word is, most are going to LAX.

<_< ------ I wouldn't be surprised. We had quit a few AMT's that originally came from the west coast back in the early, to mid 90's. They'll just be going home. But L.A. isn't what it used to be.------- Weather is great. But what goes along with it ain't!

The new DFW ovhl hanger fell short by 26 heads of filling all 111 vacancies. Breakdown of where the heads came from: about 9 from MSP, 1 from DTW, and the rest from MCI. One guy from DFW line side came over. Round 2 coming next.

Just heard TWU pulling another scam for their "YES" man from MCI. Hearing Gordo is going to run DWH thanks to Zimmerman's blessing. Any why did you guys keep him in as President? Scam is to create new Local so TWU International can keep their YES man's vote at the table. MCI was set to close and Gordo would no longer be on committee. Creating a new Local keeps him in office with the opportunity to continue voting yes. How is that for democracy? Keep up the great work TWU.

It is clear that this was not the case, but imo its a good topic because I'm fairly sure there will be other scams associated with DWH

Vortilon, what's the low (X-MCI employee) seniority date? I'm curious as to if I would have still had a job if I'd stuck it out.......

The low AMT / TWA Seniorty is around early 1986, the high TWA seniorty is around 1978. Of course our AA seniorty is 4/10/2001. Low 25% seniorty is close to 7/97 but that doesn't come in to play.
Looks like 70 AMT coming from MCI. I look for few to drop out, I know one that not going. 14 true AA are on top of us TWA'er. Of course all know how I feel about that, LOL I did vote to give AMFA thier seniorty, because it was the right thing to do. And I was a new hire at the time.
