We all could of had a say but we as a group chose to sit back see what happens next.
 
Well now with the coming of the Association you will get your chance.

The TWU structure allows for the appointing of these positions. The only way for us to have a say in who gets these jobs is to change the constitution. We can't get enough people to vote in a union election or on a contract let alone trying to get rid of the TWU.

Alex Garcia was ELECTED into office as the International Secretary Treasurer. It was probably his idea to helm the ATD and agreed to by Harry Lombardo?

Yes elected as Secretary treasurer....He is APPOINTED now...not elected..
And of course you have faith in him, he is from your work group. He replaces Virella who was admittedly not friendly towards aircraft maintenance.

He's still not appointed. He's handling the duty as it says "in the interim"

And no. I have complete faith in him because I know him personally. He was my President here in MIA when I came here in 2003 and he was the first person I ever took a Steward pin from.
