Oh i get it Kev.

You two snowflakes think that a survey is somehow encouraging passengers to beat up poor pitiful IAM supporters....or something.

Yes, Kevin, very telling.

I knew it.

And what does it tell you?

Besides the fact you're going to need more butthurt cream and aluminium foil?

In a perfect World. Although many individuals are afraid of perfect World scenarios. Every Airline worker at this company would be given the opportunity to chose whether they wanted to be represented and have an employment contract if they want one.

The bargaining agent chosen would have a "fair and equal" contest against the company to be able to state why their services are good and the company equal access to rebuttal the argument. That means without any heavy handedness or unfair practices or access to ANY individuals choice.

If the bargaining agent is accepted then the company does everything they can to work with them and make them feel welcomed. If the bargaining agent is rejected then they move on and accept the outcome of that "fair" choice.

But what has gone on over at Delta has been everything besides fair and that's why many individuals will NEVER give up trying. Accepting that fact or not is irrelevant. Because that's exactly what it is.

Now let's have those typical juvenile responses and taunts. It just bolsters the case anyway.

It just bolsters your butthurt for an airline you don't work at.

So what. I don't care. And I will continue to encourage people on sites that have more than just someone like you who is an obvious mental juvenile getting her personal kicks off of the behavior you engage in on Forums.

How old are you anyway? 12? I mean really?

Translation: I have no life.

lol

And in the end, employees WERE given the choice to unionize and chose NO.
Time to move on..... and see everyone here in a few years, when the IAM tries again!

Still waiting on a Union peep to explain "Living Wage"!

Maybe you can explain what happen to your IAM campaign at Delta and why it's a dead fish?

lol

As a mechanic at DL I can tell you a union has zero chance with my work group.

Hey altmech, can you tell us why that is please?  I have an old friend that worked there many years ago and said the same thing. At that time back then he said that the mechanics were just happy enough not to go union. Might still be true but just don't know for sure.  I honestly think no union will ever get in at Delta with any of the remaining groups. Delta very good at doing enough to keep them out and always have been except for the Pilots group.

Personally, for me it is how I am treated on a one to one basis. Managers and leads have always treated me with the same amount of respect they deserve being in a position of management. Safety of flight is always the priority, if there is a problem its always addressed, I wont be asked to sign off on something that I don't feel safe about.

Theres more of course but its difficult to really put the words to type.
