2015 Fleet Service thread

I thought this was a fleet service thread? Whether you disagree with rumor, we had to sit here for weeks and read your sour grapes post about your election and only getting 11 votes. Yes, your election was fleet service related, but so are mine.

regards,
You hit below the belt with that one, anyway I think the negotiators are back at the table

Rumors do no good for the process nor the members.

Your last rumors were total 100% falsehoods on the last CBA.

You hurt the process, as you are in it for yourself.

And he got 90 votes, not 11, another timmy lie.

You have no room to talk, you got trounced in the DL 141 elections each time.

Actually Tim it was only 10 votes. I just couldn't bring myself to vote for myself.

Now Tim would you be so kind as to post the names of the candidates you support so members know who not to vote for? Everyone knows that your endorsement is the kiss of death.

Maybe it could also give those candidates the time to piss you off so you can say bad things about them and they can win?

C'mon be a good sport. Give them at least some chance will ya?

He didn't hurt anything. He had zero effect.

They are. They may have "walked out" for lunch though?

Here we go again.

I was utility and stores.

I worked for the IAM in the summer of 2013 on the IBT raid, I havent been employed nor received any money from the IAM since September of 2013.

And timmy if you are going to post, post the whole story, I was an organizer, thats what the LM2 for the year of 2013 stated.

There you go again with your half-truths.
You did't do any of those left handed cards for the IAM as an organizer did you? The members wanna know.

I actually did fairly well in all District elections. Collecting 45%+ of the vote was better than any other American Airline member in any election in the history of opposition slate cards. But I admit, I am a horrible politician, and so is WeAAsles. He is a solid union guy who probably deserved to win but he doesn't buy votes, or change his tune.

Huh? Of course I'll put out the list of candidates. And the slate cards I support have always done quite well to garner enough support for nominations, and are too close to call until they count absentees. That's no easy task. We have been VERY VERY close to winning, and we continue to build but it's really difficult when we haven't had one election since 2008 that was legal and not supervised. That puts a drag on things, nonetheless, I still think it's worth it.

Absolutely please put that list out as soon as you can. If the people you support can get in as much time as possible to slander you it may take root and they can bring it home?

OMG, Sidney was right.

You have completely lost it and are just a sore loser.

Carry on!

good to hear that you weren't part of the forgery and underhanded actions that screwed up representation rights for 30,000 peeps.

Alright Tim. Carrying on.

Did you ever consider bying some TV ad time for your campaigns? Or maybe Public Access stations? They don't cost too much.

I like Charlie Rose personally. Maybe if you write enough letters he'll agree to interview you?

In the "King of Comedy" Robert DeNiro kidnapped Jerry Lewis just to get on the late night show one time. Not sure I'd recommend that one for you though.

How much do you think a full page ad in USATODAY costs?

Didn't know that the DOJ had issued their ruling on that one yet Tim? Do you happen to possess a copy that we can all read please?

And for the readers. Tim is talking about the IAM Delta Airlines Flight Attendant campaign. The same campaign that Delta Airlines management is using the well known anti Union law firm of Ford and Harrison.

AA is using one of their lawyers as its chief negotiator. Jerry Glass is his name.

He's polarizing, but labor (actually any group, really) needs a dissenting voice like Tim's. If labor hadn't been asleep at the switch for the last 20 years, we wouldn't be in the spot we're in.

Here are some other uncomfortable truths:

The UA T/A is craft killing.

Klemm's move to change the voting bylaws at 141 is momentum killing.

The organizing manual at the GL needs some very serious updating.

Also, not for nothing, but I was 4 for 5 in the elections I was in...
