My friends got a good laugh the other day when I showed them the Ucrapa update about we're no longer the union yet joining the ALPA won't jeopardize membership with Ucrapa. Did your father teach you and that tool Eastdrunk to take shortcuts and cheat others to get ahead in life? People who don't follow this horse crap understand that people like you are ethically challenged.

This has already been decided in a court of law.  The 9th Circuit Court, DFR1, DFR2 and the declaratory judgment. You lost, get over it.  You were not cheated, you were out dueled in a court of law many times.
 
USAPA attorneys did a nice job but you were defeated because you did not have the law of the land behind you. 
 
Keep purchasing the ties that bind you, but do not blame others.

They had purchased a DC 6 and embarked upon a career in the drug trade. Unfortunately for them their plane, which they maxed out electronically, had chronic engine problems which required them to touch down unexpectedly in several countries. This was more than embarrassing, since they had not filed flight plans. On one such emergency stop in Aruba, on the way back from Columbia, their plane was found packed with marijuana. There is reason to believe that their intended cargo was cocaine and that after a mix-up they did not wish to fly back empty. Despite the lofty positions these men held with America West, they seemed to have no difficulty getting time off for their drug flights, and America West wanted to rehire Russell after his six months in the Federal country club.
Twenty percent of the stock of AMERICA WEST AIRLINES was owned by ANSETT AIRLINES of Australia and 55% of ANSETT AIRLINES was held by Sir Peter Ables and Rupert Murdock."

In recent history, there has been two seniority integrations were almost 100 percent of one pilot group was for and almost 100 percent of the other pilot group was against. 
 
The first was the ill fated nicolau award.  Ironically the second was american pilots on one side and TWA pilots on the other.

Better do your homework. I'm not talking about furloughed pilots. I am saying that NIC put your newhires ahead of pilots with over 15 years continuous employment. You need a new dog.

Take it up with the arbitrator if you don't like it. Better yet, put the whole arbitration process on trail because it's obvious you took part in a process which you fail to comprehend.

A few people better be doing their homework. Sept 23-24 is approaching fast. How's the fund raising of the legal defense/ judgement fund going?

Here's a reminder to:
Hummel, Bradford, Streble, Smyser

"1. That USAPA make an accounting of it's treasury to determine, as of the date USAPA's certification is extinguished by the NMB:

A) The value of all USAPA's assets (including but not limited to all cash accounts, investment and savings, vehicles and all tangible, saleable assets);

B all outstanding indebtedness;

C) the total dues, fees and assessments paid by all US Airways pilots to USAPA's certification is extinguished by the NMB; and

2. That USAPA take immediate steps to calculate the amount of money to be returned to each US Airways pilot pursuant to the formula contained in Article I, Section 3.B of USAPA's Constitution and Bylaws.

We will wait a reasonable period of time for USAPA to respond favorably to this demand. But given the pace of events contemplated by the Protocol Agreement, a reasonable time period for USAPA to respond would not extend beyond 48 hours after adjournment of the next BPR meeting, which we understand is scheduled for September 23-24. If USAPA's National Officers fail to protect the funds of the entire pilot group in the manner outlined herein, we will make sure that all necessary action is taken to seek the recovery of any amounts expended from the Officers who authorized such expenditures. And, as we are certain USAPA's counsel will explain to you, in any such action the National Officers may not look to USAPA to finance their legal defense or to satisfy any judgement."

If the APA is so intent on giving the West a seat at the arbitration table, why didn't the APA just give them the seat?   Why instead did the APA negotiate a requirement for the West to submit their dream to a preliminary arbitration....
 
If you believe USAPA is not legally allowed to use the remaining funds for SLI integration, why did the APA effectively negotiate a provision in the Protocol Agreement that acknowledges USAPA has a legal right to do so?   
 
When is the APA going to start liberating the oppressed West?
