I'm not angry at all. I just don't understand you and where you are coming from. I've never seen anyone so diametrically opposed to just about every person he works with and still carries on this holier than thou crusade.

You make no sense to me whatsoever...
He is single, lives alone, (down south) and can't handle a captain bid.....
I believe he also has no TV, but surf's the internet, and follows rt wing/world end is near type of sites.

Now does he make more sense...?

These are just observations gleaned from his own remarks and posts...
For all I know he is a stockbroker in manhattan with 3 ex wives.....?

Which is why the contract will be negotiated before the arbitration.

Exactly... the contract (JCBA)....  You said it here first.  The contract.  And that my friend is the only truly substantive difference between MB arbitration and Nicolau arbitration.  The contract.  You are catching on.... the arbitration was never what mattered.  It was always the contract.

You're in good company.  His own father said virtually the same thing about his being diametrically opposed.

Trader is an East pilot who differs from a Usapian who walks on others to fulfill their failed career expectations. You should have made better choices in life. It was by chance you ended up at American. Go find Parker and thank him because I certainly am not.

Somehow I suspect you pealed off all your America West decals last year and started plastering "American Pilot" all over your luggage and FaceBook page.  You got a vanity license "AMR AV8R" for your Corvette too didn't you?

Luvthe9 will have Piedmont stickers on his luggage when he retires and he will never have a FaceBook page.  But if you give him a Liberty Necktie he might just wear it for a good laugh with his friends!

Is it just me, or is it equally impossible for anyone else to read that from an AWA "spartan" without being instantly overcome by uncontrollable laughter? ;)

Perfect.

Watch the West pilots get advanced 20% up the nic list then folded into AMR. It's a distinct possibility....

Based on what?...Good looks, brains, or just plain old fashioned charm and fine manners? ;) No matter. We'll see the market value of fortress PHX and all that "you'se" bring determined in the foreseeable future. Try to predetermine a "Happy Place" for yourself for when that happens...My best guess is that you'll need one.

IF, and it's admittedly a big if, the individuals currently involved with legitimate negotiations find common ground at all; I'd think a largely predetermined outcome, with just enough left for an arbitration panel to work over for sport, would be their best course of action. That would produce a legally binding product that would, through the virtual armor of MBond, be pretty tough for any any "spartans" or other parties to litigate against. If the APA side's actually open to completely casting their fates to the winds/arbitrators, then they're complete idiots, which I don't believe to be the case. We'll see. If the complete idiots proves to be the case, and even supposing a west seat; the best "you'se" could do then would be loudly shout "This is Sparta!" and flash the nic around. Should another Hail Mary with that yet again fail...well...you can always offer up the stats and strengths of powerhouse PHX to dominate all lesser mortals with. Good luck with all. ;)

Dream on young spartan. Somebody educate this youngster.

Good luck with that thought. Only events, time and life experience ever serve to do that for far too many. Even taking the first step towards realizing that the 14+ billion year old universe wasn't specifically created with any individual in mind sadly eludes a great number for most, or sometimes even all of their lives. Given false fantasies of somehow being "special" by Mr. Nic's done nothing to accelerate the maturation process, to say the very least:

My friends got a good laugh the other day when I showed them the Ucrapa update about we're no longer the union yet joining the ALPA won't jeopardize membership with Ucrapa. Did your father teach you and that tool Eastdrunk to take shortcuts and cheat others to get ahead in life? People who don't follow this horse crap understand that people like you are ethically challenged.

The ALPA? Who is drinking tonight?

Drunk and angry is no way to go through life. You applied to the APA and not "the ALPA", right son?
Unethical scumbags like you who pretend they are on some moral high ground deserve the karma coming your way. You pretend to come to the aid if the Cactus 18 yet probably yanking their chains at the same time. It speaks volumes of the household you grew up in. Teach your children well to be scumbags.

Simmer down a bit son, and back away from whatever you're smoking/drinking/etc for a moment. Pi was very much against the legal hammering used by USAPA against the glorious "Cactus 18" and personally involved himself in opposition to that.

Just random drug testing doesn't seem sufficient here. Could a program be put in place for reasonably required rabies shots?
