The more likey thought process would be my highly esteemed fellow arbiter George Nicolau already did 1/3 of the  work for me and I don't want to set the precendent of voiding his arbitration.

That's what happens when you given a job by your pappy instead of having to earn it like the rest of us. Gives you a sense of entitlement like our west friends.

There are plenty of East pilots who agree with me. 
 
Most are Captains and don't say anything to avoid having to fly with a p*ssed off F/Os.

So, slotting was good with Trump in the 90's, bad with AWA in 2005 but now suddenly it is ok with AWA in 2014?  Geez you guys are either obtuse, dumb or just plain unethical.  Maybe all three, I can't figure you all out.  But again, you are east pilots, like a subclass of primitive humans, you are stuck with limited abilities to understand the world around you so you come out with these entertaining posts to keep those of us in the real world well entertained and satisfied with humor.  
So, if Nic is so "off the table", why are you so scared of a west seat at the arbitration table?

Trader is an East pilot who differs from a Usapian who walks on others to fulfill their failed career expectations. You should have made better choices in life. It was by chance you ended up at American. Go find Parker and thank him because I certainly am not.

Wrong. USAPA LLC is not going to do anything for the West other than cough up funds.
You just don't get it. USAPA is gone, dead, out, finsihed, buried, irrelevant, discarded.
What don't you understand about the word, decertified?

That's the point he is making, without USAPA and a negotiated contract (ratified) there is no NIC.
At least that is the opinion of judge Silver....but what do I know......

How many of your junior 15 year pilots were furloughed at the time? What, 1800 or so?
