It looks like I have been missing all the fun. Here's an idea what the updated seniority list looks as of 9-1-14.

It's a little blurry but Dave is still senior to Dean on page 89 of 122. ;)
Somebody wasted a lot of time.

APA DCA Domicile Update - Sept 10 2014

Fellow Washington Pilots,

Domicile meeting Thursday, Sept. 25

Yea, it’s short notice, again. We’ve scheduled this meeting because the NMB could rule on union representation this week and that would move the timelines of our contract and seniority integration.

We'll have updates on JCBA negotiations and seniority integration.

The meeting begins at 10 am in the conference room on the second floor of the USAIR concourse. This will be a joint APA/USAPA meeting. More details to follow.

Chief Pilot Steve Wyble will discuss DCA flying, the merger of our operations and answer questions.

APA VP Neil Roghair will also attend.

If the NMB rules this week that APA is the representative body and no union election is required, we could begin voting on new (USAPA) member applications at this meeting.

If you're flying the morning departure out of MEX and a meal is not catered for you, get a meal in the terminal, save the receipt and file an expense report.
We're trying to get the meals catered.

Bill and Carl

Consistent production of misinformation from you and the army of lyingitas.

Come to think of it, you're right, it's the same old song and dance and have not missed much. That is the updated Nic list considering the retirements and other changes since the list came out. I'll leave it to the lawyers to figure the rest out, 3 lists, etc.
The lawyers and the courts (including appeals, declaratory and two DFR suits) have figured this out already.  You are playing into apa's trap.  You will get a voice after you are asked about wide bodies, bases and career expectations that you currently hold.

Roghair has a 1999  hire date.  Think about it.  East pilots are not a threat to them, the majority will be retired in a few years.  In order to predict the west pilots future you should read up on the TWA pilots treatment by apa.  PHX pilots are the new St. Louis pilots as far as apa is concerned.

If there is a trap then I don't think it's intended just for West pilots. It would be a net.

No, the west pilots are the concern of apa, you're "net" gain in seniority will not be what you intended.

Snap, speaking of your army of lyingitas list.
CA 767 PHX is shown for west pilots frequently.  I was not aware that west pilots flew a 767.

Your thoughts please?

I just looked at it. I don't see the West pilot on the 767. Do you have the name(s)?

Well using the Nic would be combining the East and West lists before trying to integrate them into the AA list. So that would mean integrating 2 lists into the new one. That doesn't seem like the definition of using 3 separate lists to make the new one... just sayin...

You have presented good arguments, so what list would you expect the West to hand to Jeff if it's not the Nic?

This is how you break the code.

Goodnight

Your assumed relevant thoughts do not equal your current relevancy.

If "jeff" thought he would be paid by you eventually he would hand it over, but he knows better.

You are so clever.  (sarcasm)
