I'm familiar with the East's version of integrity. All I have to do is look back at old threads to see your version of integrity when it came to paying ALPA dues 8 months prior to USAPA slithering on the property.
 
 

Don't know what to tell you snap dragon, I always paid mine, so I've never even been threatened with a S29 letter. You?
 
I guess those guys that didn't pay their ALPA dues missed out on that massive refund when ALPA was voted out. Oh wait...
 
How come you never answered my question about subpoenaing Kirby?

Actually I believe hypocrisy is having an apprentice member of a union you paid dues to for 19 years placed in front of you on a seniority list, that organization along with its policies is gone! No one is forcing you to pay dues , remember NO JCBA , NO NIC, no one knows what a final product will look like, especially since a third party is involved now run along !

How is it possible, as there never was ever a bid allowing East to bid West?  Perhaps you are living in some fantasy world?

The claim was that Symanski came up with 10h. Humel, in a sworn deposition said it was Kirby. Why didn't you guys have Kirby testify to that, blowing the USAPA case out of the water? He was right down the road.

Cap'n Aux has no worries about ground based lasers. He simply vaporizes the perpetrators with his own laser vision.

. Stolen upgrades? From where? That bankrupt ole airline with no worth or that West growing hub , No the only thing stolen was data by some pilots wife at AFA negotiations. I don't want anything I did not bring, And yes my attrition!

It was possible because of the acquisition of US Airways in 2005. Maybe you should have gotten stapled rather than the Nic list, which was fair.
 
This thing is still not settled, you may get what you feared in 2007.

That's just it, nobody wanted your seat. That is what fences are for. Like I said in another post, it is obvious the West wants and is demanding our seats. If I have to hear about life choices once more I may go postal. Through mergers etc., I never even applied at USAir (Allegheny back in the day), but I work there, as you now do. This industry is horrible and you have no idea what the future holds. What goes around, comes around.

Yeah if he flys with me, I hope he can remember how to do a walk-around and he can fly and get his own gear and talk on the radio at the same time. Oh and in the sim it will be such sweet revenge. Professionalism is out the window! Life will be hell I promise!

Not running away, just giving you the run-around. I read the post. I chose not to respond at that time.
 
Sly-manski could have answered questions under oath when Silver asked yet he declined.

You voted for the MOU, which vacated ALL LOA 's you sold your soul for the money, get over it , no one stole your upgrades because you had no attrition or growth to steal them from, separate ops proved it, hey why does the NFL have instant replay, because sometimes what you see in front of you is not always the real picture!

You're a laugh a minute. The West was hiring in 2005 when your airline had a third of your pilots on furlough. Parker should have let you go out of business and picked up the pieces. Then you could have to sent an application and gone to the bottom, if you could have gotten hired..
