Same ol
Huh? You and all your west buddies should stop whining about your NIC thing that was dead over 7 years ago, poor Tony, stagnation for all west pilots by your own choice.

PS the APA does not care about you!

You are embarrassing the rest of the west pilots.

Hey, go buy another tie.

He probably had his fill of grease at Bojangles because the line was too long at Genghis Grill. I made that mistake.

You shouldn't be in CLT to start with.

CLT is a base where everybody is on board with growth and upward movement, you and your AOL whiners are last years news, your choice to move on or stay stranded on the little isle of PHX.

Nicolau I was the Trump Shuttle-US Airways ISL. Nicolau Award II was the AWA-US Airways ISL.

Chip, this is probably the dumbest, most "reaching" post you have ever made. I suggest that you follow Capn' Aux's lead and try to convince the younger crowd. It's obvious that you need a different audience.

Says the guy who was hauling fr8t when I brought a job to the acquisition in 2005.

At the end of November 2004, US Airways had more than 1,870, or nearly 33 percent, of its pilots on furlough. The airline has the largest amount of furloughs in the industry.

BTW
I'll be back next week sporting a liberty tie....sport.

Hey, buy several more! They make great Samurai headbands!

Folks, I just finished reading HALF of last weeks Wisconsin's Supreme Court ruling Madison Teachers V. Walker.

It is becoming well established that Abood v. Detroit Board of Education will become overturned at the Supreme Court level and you will no longer be required to pay dues to the union.  This is now being contested and argued by the National Right to Work organization (www.nrtw.org)

While I know it hasn't come fast enough for the West pilots it will impact the APA.  The NRTW organization is making aggressive inroads to the union system and eventually all states and territories will become right to work or employees at will.  No more dues check off or germane dues.  In short, it will be just you and the company.  Of course you will be free to associate, but "labor" unions will have to compete for your dollars just like every other organization.

ALPA and the APA are dinosaurs of the regulated era and are simply not up to the future.

Tell it to the judge.  Oh, that is right, you did already.
