Says the guy who was hauling fr8t when I brought a job to the acquisition in 2005.

At the end of November 2004, US Airways had more than 1,870, or nearly 33 percent, of its pilots on furlough. The airline has the largest amount of furloughs in the industry.

That's your burden, not mine and the APA gets it. There will be no more land grabs with American because they know they are dealing with people who have integrity deficit syndrome and not to be trusted in negotiations. They know they are dealing with CHEATS.

This is how the industry looks at the sense of entitlement and a certain complex as noted by Alfred Adler

Definition by Adler[edit]
.....She or he is not in harmony with society. It seems to be a trait of human nature that when individuals - both children and adults - feel weak, they want to solve the problems of life in such a way as to obtain personal superiority without any admixture of social interest. A superiority complex is a second phase. It is a compensation for the inferiority [feeling] complex."[3]
"The superiority complex is one of the ways that a person with an inferiority complex may use as a method of escape from her or his difficulties. She or he assumes that she or he is superior when she or he is not, and this false success compensates her or him for the state of inferiority which she or he cannot bear.

The normal person does not have a superiority complex, she or he does not even have a sense of superiority. She or he has the striving to be superior in the sense that we all have ambition to be successful; but so long as this striving is expressed in work it does not lead to false valuations, which are at the root of mental disease."[4]

An individual who is not properly trained to answer life's problems may turn from striving for superiority in useful ways to that of a personal superiority at all cost. If an individual cannot be better than another on their own merit, they will attempt to tear down another person or group to maintain their superior position.

snapthis: As you've decided to play the part of amateur "shrink", know the following:

Your first two assumptions above, those of apparently "knowing" the minds of not only the APA but indeed "the industry" in total would require a degree of universally telepathic omniscience never present in our species. Such offerings can only be put forth by an individual either intent on merely "stirring the pot" for emotional satisfaction, or attempting to sway opinion through nonsensical bombast. Those are the gentlest possible assumptions, since your supposed observations would otherwise be an example of purely delusional thought processes.

Per Adler's works; You might wish to pay a bit of attention to the above-edited display, and consider, even if briefly, just how that "might" apply to a person adamantly seeking to usurp the worked years of others for his/her personal gain, particularly that last line: "If an individual cannot be better than another on their own merit, they will attempt to tear down another person or group to maintain their superior position."

P.S. Of course if you could just take the time to explain to all exactly how you personally "earned" the nic, and can read the minds of not only the APA but the entire industry, well, that would indeed be a different case entirely. You otherwise leave us properly wondering about "but so long as this striving is expressed in work it does not lead to false valuations, which are at the root of mental disease" and "If an individual cannot be better than another on their own merit,...."?...?

APA three way map evidence.  LAS?  USAPA or APA?  The eye of the beholder snap.

I'm going to guess the immediate "minus vote" came from what must be akin to kryptonite to super-"spartans" = the very idea that people should ever actually EARN their way in life?...."but so long as this striving is expressed in work it does not lead to false valuations, which are at the root of mental disease" and "If an individual cannot be better than another on their own merit,...."?...?  Was the notion that "so long as this striving is expressed in work it does not lead to false valuations, which are at the root of mental disease" so truly threatening?

Perhaps at least one of you "spartan soldiers" could now post any observation EVER from a psychologist/psychiatrist that would offer up even the slightest notion that some arbitrator's whims should define any individual's worth?...No?...You can't?

Three way? BOHICA snap.

"BOHICA
acronym, although pronounced as if it is a single word, for "Bend over! Here it comes again."

Commonly used around the workplace when getting repeatedly fvcked by the work center supervisor. Very commonly used within the military, specifically the navy and FFG-22." ;

My wife of 28 years says it's OK as long as it's AA, HP and US she's OK with it. No FA's or the deal is off. ;)

USAPA=gutterball......

snapthis.....commonly used within the military, ....  eastus: You would presumably know this from your "service" to "sparta", one must suppose? ;) Still awaiting a response there, "spartan soldier"...? You foolishly introduced Adler, so work this one for us all: "The normal person does not have a superiority complex, she or he does not even have a sense of superiority. She or he has the striving to be superior in the sense that we all have ambition to be successful; but so long as this striving is expressed in work it does not lead to false valuations, which are at the root of mental disease." If you honorably served on USS Fahrion/FFG-22, as implied, then no harm/no foul and I've nothing smug to say. Kindly confirm that service sans vague implication. The vast majority of those that serve do so without the slightest "glamor" EVER attending their Duty....Or we wouldn't even still have a Nation.

...."but so long as this striving is expressed in work it does not lead to false valuations, which are at the root of mental disease."

P.S. snap: The term BOHICA has been around since at least the Vietnam war, and has indeed been "commonly used within the military", and hardly limited to "specifically the navy and FFG-22", she being first commissioned in Jan of '82 ....Just sayin'....Look; I don't much care if you were  "just" a paint-chipper on some/any "USS Rusty-FK" out somewhere in the Indian Ocean, as that would at least qualify as honorable service. The whole "spartan" thing fails to do other than purely amuse though, so kindly clear this up....?
