Years of litigation. And you are not the simpleton? Are any other groups that accepted DOH embroiled in countless lawsuits? Millions spent? Every, every other group on the property went DOH, and the one that did not is in a legal inferno. For years.
You are different. A bunch of idiots. Had the west accepted the method of every other group, they would be better off.
Now, they will be locked in PHX for years, on the lowest paid equipment.
You, are the simpleton.
Actually the lowest paid equipment is the 190. However, the First Officers are seat locked in PHX. The Captains are seat locked on the 320 in PHX, although their flying is expanded now that their trips include East metal.

They are seat locked to FO, with no pay protection for the captain seat they could hold, if they had a DOH list.
They are seat locked to 320 Capt, with no pay protection for the 330 they could hold, if they had a DOH list.
They are still on reserve unable to bid the line they could have, if they had a DOH list.
They are still commuting to PHX from CLT, because they moved to CLT... which wouldn't be a problem, if they had a DOH list.   😀

Excellant point you make, EOA.  Excellent point.  As always.

But there is no reason to feel sorry for them.  They have been making soooo much more money, they have had soooo much more vacation... and they have such cool ties!

They still have 8 757s I think...

And they too are seat locked from the 330 that they could have, if they had a DOH list.  So the 757 pilots can consider themselves lucky that they are not seat locked on a 320.

You can stop begging the West to agree to a DOH list, it's not going to happen.

You are confused.  The west will always bet double or nothing.  Always. And get nothing.  They are too financially committed, and they have ties!

You can beg us to stop gloating.  Its about as likely as you upgrading.

The West should have known, everything can be bought because everything is for sale.... except seniority.  Seniority IS the medium of exchange.

There goes the embarrassment, one aircraft at a time.

If it makes you feel good, we will attend your pity party when the Cactus call sign is retired.  By now I would have thought you would know that seniority is unaffected by paint schemes, call signs, types, managers, and geography.  I am gonna miss the Cactus call sign.  Its growing on me, about as fast as my pay rate and seniority progression.

Tic, Toc.

No one cares if they take DOH or not let them all rot in the stagnation of the PHX heat, it's there choice. Let's all hope for years of litigation, good for us and AA, I know we can count on the west.

Nobody is begging them. In fact their legal strategy to avoid it perpetuates the DOH on the east side. And the stunning advancement and career progression of east pilots resulting.
The absence of the west pilots in equipment bids is fueling massive upgrades and pay.
A few more years of their DOH battle will enable every recent new hire to advance into and hold 320 captain.

Just shows Traitor and the wests stupidity, they sure have a great plan and those lovely ties, what more can one say. West pilots are now getting fed of with AOL. Another nice bid will be out shortly, hey I hear another 5 or 6 might be going to PHX!

We agree for once, since it was a west POS aircraft.

Does a 3-mil thick paint job change that...?   Something about "skin deep" comes to mind.
