APA will not go to arbitration, never have, never will.  APA will come to an agreement with USAPA, which makes it a real final and binding result per the MB laws.
 
Hint:  APA Roghair is a 1999 hire.   ca, auxier and f/0 koontz are 1990's hires.  Where will Roghair end up on the list?  Bada bing, bada boom.

I posted the pay scales. Do you honestly believe Spinthis would pass up the USAir or Piedmont pay rates for AWA?

No, I'm sure he was turned down by all other airline for all of the above. Traitor most likely would have been also if his pappy did not get him a job.

I have a friend from my previous job that turned down a job offer at Piedmont for AWA two months after I got hired.
 
He's in the top 150 and has been a Check Airman for 20 years.

Just shows how stupid he is top 150 at AWA could be on the 330 or 76 instead of being locked in PHX, "two months after I got hired" should read two months after my pappy got me hired.

Pretty much. There has been a notable decrease in the west's "T-minus" count down clocks of late...It's been nearly a full year now since even the delirious prechillil tossed one out for all to laugh at.
