Mike Daley's a Gold contributor!  Cheers, Mate.  (More than I can say for that cheapskate T-Bone)

Do you think the APA would have some questions for JR or CrImi? Cheers!

There are a number of contributors you don't see on the list, so much for assumptions.

Saw you on the list.  Not Gold level.

Updated Leonidas Contributors List
Original Cactus Pilots

Today we updated the Cactus Pilot Contributors list consolidating the Gold/Titanium/Platinum List and The Push for Justice List into one. http://www.cactuspilotcontributors.com/

Why did they have to consolidate the lists?

West Pilots are as committed as ever to finishing strong. We would like to encourage every pilot to sign up for Push for Justice. With solid participation from the majority of our pilots we will be able to fund an effective campaign to protect West seniority while holding USAPA accountable. If you are on the list, thank you, now encourage your fellow West pilots to join you on the list.

They are asking you to encourage fellow West pilots to donate money? Are there West pilots that don't support the cause?

Our previous update emphasized the importance of being prepared to file suit against remaining USAPA officers should they withhold our funds after decertification. We also need solid, reliable funding for our own merger attorney Jeff Freund.

The man does need to be paid... 🙂

As Mitch articulated in a recent web post:

This ain't no game folks. (I agree) We're going to be provided our seat at the table (sounds pretty confident, any proof to offer to back up such a statement?), so we need to make sure that we give this our all. We already have the industry's BEST seniority integration expert on our side (How was this dertermined??) - and we need to be able to pay the man and whatever expert witnesses he suggests. Believe you me - APA and USAPA are WELL aware of our self-funding situation and are more than prepared to take full advantage of it. (Not sure what that really means... )

So the bottom line to take away from this message is for the West pilots to give more money. And also encourage the West pilots that are NOT giving money, to do so... Any guess as to how many West pilots are not donating money?

Major airline pilot Cap'n Aux is Titanium.

I'm on that list as a top contributor.  I don't wear my tie.  I have several good friends who have not given a dime.  This board is an oversimplification of a soap box.  The way I see it, it's not over until it's over.  Once the ninth made it's ruling, the west has swung and missed, that much is clear.  Yet, there has never been a finished product.  In the simplest terms, it's not over.

Has usapa been given the green light to do what it wants?  Or has usapa been given a chance to do the right thing?  Do we use flaps to slow down?  Or do we slow down so we can use flaps?

The die was cast long ago, for better or for worse.  Hopefully we'll get some kind of resolution within the next hundred years.  No matter how this goes, I won't have any problem working with anyone.

I am disappointed.....after having been abused on the JS by nic4us, I learn that he isn't even a gold contributor.

Not a bad post....I can't say if I go behind a new hire from 2005 that I will honestly feel the same way. I won't.... Time in service means something. Even ALPo thinks so now

Breeze, you'd be welcome on my Jumpseat. Leave the abuse here and not take it to work.

What's new? Keep worshiping lawyers as long as you wish. Rumor has it that a "spartan soldier" recently passed out in the desert after yet another sacred AOL T-shirts, ties and peyote ritual. Eventually waking to find himself severely sun burned, he's naturally called for the immediate filing of a law suit against the sun. He's apparently expecting to reap "billions in damages!" 😉

Well said LS. The true tragedy here is that this insane mess ever came to exist at all.

"Mayday! Mayday! I'm going down!" 😉  Per "The last Bush Pilots"? Aren't there still people flying around Alaska these days, or did everyone just close up shop after Elvis/"cap'n aux" left the building? 🙂

The 9th punted and there was DFR II. Silver ruled and if you think that was a win??
I'd call it more of a stalemate which is going to be broken.
The ship has sailed for you. Keep spending your money, all the better. Less to have for retirement.
