Time

Time is something we all don't have these days.

Time to do our own research that will benefit our careers.

Time to LQQK at what the Association has planned.

Time to get the information to the guys who will be voting on our future.

Time to get involved. to help ourselves and our class and craft.

All of these thing we all have done at one point or another in our careers . But NOW is the Time we need all of you to LQQK at what we have given back to the company and say " I have given enough " and its TIME for me to get into the fight and get back some of the Money, Benefits, Vacation, Holidays, Sick Time, what is important to YOU.

Isn't it TIME

You signed a AMFA Card

Got someone on your crew to sign as well.

Asked the guy who is handing out cards what you can do to help.

You Called someone at another station asked them if they are signing cards and if not why Not?

Lets Not let Time slip away and then blame the other guy for Not making this Happen.

It's Time you all think about what the Union here has done and ask yourself do I want these guys at the next contract negotiation session?

The Time is NOW, to make a change that will make a difference.

Guys like this are hoping that you won't sign a card because they like to see our class and craft held back.

just to keep the powers at the IAM in office to take your dues and NOT negotiate a contract that you deserve.

IAM supporter who does not even work for US any longer yet still wants to destroy your right to a vote.

its important you make the choice, IAM/TWU Association or a Union in which you have control of the Leaders?

AMFA at AA 2014

I know you can't answer 700. Because you know it makes your IAM look bad, And their is no way to twist the FACTS or flat out lie why they (THE IAM ) have FAILED the US AMT's and that's why we are so far behind the pay curve for our profession.
Don't even try that BS a judge and BK BS as the company has been making money and now is even making record PROFITS.

The problem with the Association is that it has an extremely empty constitution. No rules or rights of voting that I remember. It will be interesting to see how the voting takes place, or if and how members will be able to vote on any contract or even side letters that will be able to be signed immediately upon certification.  I support the Association but thus far it has refused to protect the voting rights of things like side letters that could hammer members more than they think.  The members want to know.

No one really know what the Association is going to look like or what actions they are going to take for us all.

That is what most are scared of. I don't see how you can support it with the questions and concerns you have above do you really think they will change from that to think more of you and me the members?

If the ramp/fleet want that for their class and craft I can except that but we the Mechanics don't.

We want nothing to do with the TWU NO trust al all for them. You here at USAir have what trust for the IAM that you only know.

How the mechanics at US feel will be seen as we collect cards. That will be the tell tale factor.

Work to find out from the IAM leaders about the Assoc. and Post what you find so all can make a judgement of how to vote if we get one.

Who is US Air?

It hasnt been US Air since 1996.

Keep begging for cards, you wont get them out of PMUS like you need.

700 do you need help with your math???? Lets see % wise most are at around $70K a year and as a wide round out of $10K to $30K less on average pay than most AMT Mechanics in the industry.

DOES THIS HELP YOUR MATH...

If a AMT was to put $20K a year in a 401K and a union was to get a good % match from the company it would not take long to build a nice egg up.
$20K a year more is only what we would make if this POS IAM union would have got us up to midway pay scale to what our brothers at other airlines make for doing the same job we do.

WHEN WILL YOU BOYS EVER LEARN.
You are at the bottom of the pay scale even the non union Airlines pay AMT's more and they don't pay dues. Thanks IAM
You just signed a BS contract that DP and the Boys can use to hold us down for 4 years. Thanks IAM.
US Air had 10,000 AMT Brothers now 3000 with the AWA AMT's. Looks like the IAM did a fine job protecting jobs. You boys in PIT feeling frisky. THANKS IAM
The IAM sold out your profit sharing for this POS IAMPF that by the time you get to use it they will probably cut the futures as they have done in the past to keep it in the green but that's OK because the members have retired but I bet not happy with the cuts your next. THANKS IAM

Do you need to be hit by lightning to open your eyes to the fact the IAM has FAILED AS A UNION in your behalf as a AMT.
TIME FOR A CHANGE BOYS DON'T WASTE ANY MORE TIME ON THE IAM PUT IN A AMFA CARD TODAY AND LETS TRY TO GET BACK IN THE GAME.

There was 9,000 and that was before two chapter 11 cases with three rounds of concessions and a CBA abrogation and we had around 6,000 in the class and craft before the abrogation. Dont let the facts get in your way.
