Didnt you just say on another thread that you were voting YES because you thought a NO vote was too risky?? What makes you think that the YES vote is safer? As was pointed out you just voted away system protection and allowed the company to layoff till they get to 35% of the maintenance Spend.
It's all a gamble Bob, you just gotta make your best guess & hope for the best, my best guess says that you & the other negotiators keep sending back crap for us to vote on so clearly you can't do better for us, Local 514 has the Majority & I know they can't negotiate there timid & don't have the skills, this is not a slam on you, I know you are doing your best but the company is just to powerful & they have all the cards, I have to do what I think will be my best chance of being able to get out, after this contract overhaul will be mostly gone one way or the other & the line will finally get what they want but I need this last contract to get out If it passes ..... if it fails then I guess I get to roll the dice with the rest of you.
