Why I Voted Yes

I take the title of this thread as a question and my
choices are:
A) You're a moron.
B) You're not really employed with AA but you pretend
to be.
C) You're a moron.
D) Both A and B are correct.

I choose D.

Only a moron would allow this t/a to pass knowing full
well that there is still language unwritten. Only a moron
would willfully accept more concessions when the
company continues to lie to you saying they need more
concessions to survive blaming labor for their woes but
makes a profit WITHOUT more concessions.

You aren't the only moron though. It see as if
Your alter ego hss is voting yes. Huh! Who'd have
figured that one?

That's why I voted yes Ken so I could get out and not have to deal with people Berating others for not thinking like they do, after 25 years of dealing with Crap I've finally had enough! & I will actually have to deal with 5 more years of it before I can leave.
I can't wait to leave this nightmare & forget all about it, Unions, out sourcing, constant turmoil, hostile company, Idiots who think you jeopardize your family for them. etc.
I'm sick & tired of it ..... You can have it.

I voted No on the last offer & even held a vote No sign in front of the base but I voted YES on this one because I know what the line has planned for Overhaul & I'm hoping to get one last contract, then get out before their diabolical plan can take place, I think it will pass but we all have to do what is in our and our families best interest & I just did. I know some will be mad but their are always winners & losers in every contest, I'm hoping to win one last time & get the hell out of this business BEFORE it all goes to hell.
I'm sick & tired of all the turmoil & dealing with crap.

You know whats line has planned for ovhl?

You better start worring about what the company has planned for ovhl and voting yes for this trash is exactly what the company wants.

When the going gets tough, guys like Raptor quit.

Thanks for screwing those who still have to work here.

Hey if you want to take the risk then by all means vote No, I voted No on the last one so I have no problem with you voting No, it's a huge risk for many reasons, If your in overhaul if your smart you will make plans to leave in the next 6 years because if you don't like this contract you definitely won't like the one after the line out numbers you.

Talked with two cleaner employees and one building cleaner today that will be furloghed.

They are all three voting NO trying to stay at work every possible day they can.

I was not expecting that. I really thought they would be yes voters.
At least that's what they told you...

What makes you think that you get 5 more years?
There is no job security station protection, and you seem dead set on not leaving Tulsa.
Call the guys from MCI and AFW and ask what they were thinking 5 years ago!

I think your Raptor needs a shot of testosterone.

I know what the company has planned for overhaul & they are going to get it too, there is nothing we can do to stop it, do yourself a favor & make plans to get out as soon as you can, Overhauls days are numbered.

Cirri must be better than I thought.
He used the line mechanics to scare the self proclaimed great man of conviction and he retreats with great speed.
Impressive, I have to go watch one of these company paid shows the union leader is putting on.

We might not get 5 more years but voting No isn't going to make a difference on that, in my opinion the company wants to mostly get out of the overhaul business & there is nothing we can do to stop it, the few people left in Tulsa will be OSM not A&P Mechanics or welders make plans to leave soon if your smart.

Voting yes will harm you while you wait to get out
in five years!

Berating people who are WILLINGLY harming
my craft is why you are voting yes?

Tell me one good thing out of this pig with lipstick.
Tell me how this pig with lipstick will protect my craft.
Tell me why taking the easy way out is the best
choice to take.

You can change your vote once you realize that
what I am saying is the truth. You'll be here five
more years? Then fight for those five years! I know
you can.

When you quit voting Republican. It was just a guess. Am I right?
You know it wasn't a guess. If you truly believe that my vote has a cause and affect on your contract and your profession, you are as ignorant as those who believe that the TWU and Teamsters are nit in collusion.

I will never cower like a man living and breathing fear.
My job is not my God, it is my income and can be replaced.

If anything, I will get my license and go to the line and enjoy some courage and intelligence for a change.
