Why I Voted Yes

Isnt this the same post you put up a few weeks ago? Yes you claim you walked the picket line in 1969, and since then you've agreed to give away everything rather than risk walking it again. Sorry Benedict Arnold fought a few battles for the Colonies before he switched as well. walking the picket line 40 years ago doesnt make up for rolling over the last 30

It is the same post, and you don't know a damn thing about what I fought for over the last 30 years. What I don't agree with is your fortune telling mentality that implies you can predict the future. We'll find out how accurate your predictions are now won't we.

"If the T/A is turned down AA will run in with another offer before the Judge abrogates" - do you really believe your own BS?

BTW, the 69 strike was a long time ago, but all I recall was we got a minimal pay increase.

More "mud slinging" Ken? Really? A pro AMFA nut that gladly takes money from the TWU for the Charly Taylor mechanics awards and now apparantly is taking money from a pro MRO organization? You gotta ask WTF?

Seems you have turned into quite the feeble minded weak old man. Maybe you should retire and let someone younger with more integrity take up the fight. ?

I've been polling the members of my shop to see who may be interested in the Early Out or Stand Instead and so far I am surprised at how many may be wanting to take the opportunity to receive the funds and go. With each one who leaves it will mitigate the numbers of those who may face layoff and be forced to go, very encouraging so far. Seems voting for this TA is being embraced in my department....I'm glad to see that I'm not the only one who see's "Voting Yes" as the best choice :)

All 20 of you? whoa

That is true, and we are a bunch of old farts. Besides, I suspect I will hear from approximately 7 potential candidates. What about your area Informer? My department is one of many like yours... B)

One guy voting yes to leave, the rest 50-50 split

Only two kinds are voting yes

Want to leave
and Scared to death

the rest are NO's

They already voted and turnout will be small.

Well one luxury to this whole deal is your people can go and hear the facts as presented on Aug 2nd and then go back and alter their votes if they so choose ignoring the untruths provided them by their paper tiger.....Grrraawwwweerrrr B)

The inability to answer the questions at these meetings is creating more no votes than I can get.

I will have them go.

Will the old farts leave the air conditioning for $5.00 / hr
