Thank You...I truly understand and partially agree with where you are coming from, not that I am implying how I feel or think matters to you. Although I totally agree with some of what you and others say AA is making it happen in the courts with shedding the debt that they have been able to shed so far with the bang of a gavel and signatures. There have been innuendos typed here of how to express our strength in the future on the line. All that follows, In My Opinion (< that's for you BUCK) if a legal process is geared toward making the company succeed they could show a hardship and basically dismantle the line so to speak and be able to go outside line outsource percentages until they can make it work for them. Unless all three Unions were to stick together 100% and have the same agenda to fight for what is reasonably right for their respective memberships and the memberships were not TOTALLY! fragmented and unsupportive as ours is then I would defiantly stand my ground defiantly but for that to happen we would need a total Miracle.
I'm sure some will wear their digits out explaining why they wouldn't because of the TWU but I would stake a years pay it wouldn't matter what Union we had in place, the culture we have today does not understand or won't grasp the concept of Unity and in my opinion if you don't have that then you have already lost.
