Gary Peterson: I've read your letter and the comment about how Videtich lost an arbitration case. Since you've been a Local President for several terms, how many Arbitration cases have you presented?

Just list the case numbers and I'll go to the Union Hall and look them up.

Isn't it typical of a twu stooge to ignore the point made about making sure you get good language and instead challenge the man? If the twu stooges spent as much time fighting the company as they do those who actually do fight the company, we might have a decent union. Can't wait for the next negative ad from this stooge.

How much do you want to bet Peterson won't respond.

So, you think language is overrated in an arbitration hearing?

Wow, you're a sharp one.

Is it more impressive to have a long list vs. a short list of arbit cases?

You don't have to worry about any grievance being filed with this language in LBO2,

especially with the unimaginative OT and field trip language yet to be determined.

I'm not surprised that someone other than Peterson responded to my question. My point being if he criticizes others without having done the job himself, what else will he misrepresent or lie about.

I'm going to ask the Local to check his arbitration record if they can. Of course, Peterson can come out of the closet and share it with us directly but he hasn't yet has he?

How long has Don V. been on the floor working as a AMT with AA? How many years did he have turning wrenches before moving up the ranks and no longer has to work as an AMT? That is experience.

good thoughts to ponder but the membership is not as smart has people think.
elected a fleet service clerk president.
chairman of maintenance does not even have a license.

If the election rules were allowed to be revised to have a 50% + 1 margin of victory, then there would be a run-off and the actual majority would most likely elect an AMT as president.

He has responded!

Whatever the case you admit that you are human like the rest of us and could have erred in your assumption, right?
Sure, I have no problem admitting when I am wrong and yes I was wrong about the hangar she is assigned to also it is 5 and has been doing UB helping the membership with Insurance benefits because the company doesn't have anyone on site & communications but I can say for sure the caddie comment is bogus. If you pay close attention to most of my posts they have a key human disclaimer in them BUCK, "In My Opinion".

Based on your comments it must have been Peterson who had the crystal ball and predicted that AA would never file for Bankruptcy.

BTW, all bankruptcies are scams, especially when you're on the receiving end.

I never heard him say that and never heard anyone other than you accuse him of saying it.

We agree as far as C-11 and 1113

Who cares? Different people have different assignments in a Local.

Where is the misrepresentation or lie?

Hopefully enough people will have the courage to take the blue pill and see what the company and international are trying to put forth as the LBO2

We gave back in 03, no one disputes this, the problem is what the company and Our union have done with that time since then. Remember all the slogans and improvements that were bought to pass by job flow improvments and working smarter and more efficently? Where did it get us? It was never quite enough as far as the company was concerned. Now they want your dignity and honor too. I am sure the international has promised ratification of our contract in order to secure economic relief from their "Fought like Well???" legal fees....Imagine the smirks on little jim and companys faces after they pull this off. Our international will forever be the lapdogs of the company because they are corrupt and bought off by their self annointed trampings of office.

During the last Run at changing representation with AMFA, little jim mumbled about bringing more democracy and freer elections to the union......people waited and once again the power of the old tricks was unleashed once again. We need a union that will represent the members that pay their dues and expect them to fight for them as opposed to the reality that they fight against us.

I think we should all call for a totally transparent democracy throughout the TWU? Is it possible? NO of course not, just more smoke, mirrors, and seasoned slight of hand.

Please vote no, a simple act that will start us on the road to true freedom.....it will not be an easy fight, but well worth the effort in the long run.

thanks for your time.
