Does he have a crystal ball that lets him see the future and lets him know they will be done negotiating before we vote, or does Carty have that same gun he held to there heads on Monday March 31, and is saying let them vote without the language for the TA.

With those guys Carty doesnt need a gun, a water pistol will be just as effective.
